The hotel itself quaint. The signage on the road for many miles previous is what drew us to it.The first room we were in the sink didn't drain but moved to another with no problem. The bed how ever was very uncomfortable and Wi Fi was too weak to use.The desk clerk was very helpful and recommended great places to eat.Probably would... This place is by far one of the best places in shelby to stay, i have stayed in shelby many times and my two favorite places to stay is the o'haire manor and crossroads inn, each room at the ohaire is unique! they have smoking and pet friendly rooms and they also have newly redone non smoking rooms, that are... Yes the smoking rooms could use some work, but that would most likely mean higher rates. Its a average hotel with good people managing it, I didn't see any sign of poor behavior by the folks at the desk..in fact they were quite easy-going and friendly. Its right in town, yes up a hill..seriously if you are one to complain... More

We thought this was going to be a quaint little place to stay. The room we were given was a complete dump - it was filthy - apparently it is reserved for late night drunks only. The personnel at the desk was extremely rude telling jokes and making political comments that were totally uncalled for and unwelcome by us. It... More

The owners are beyond incredible! They have put so much heart into this historical motel. The picture on Trip advisor must be updated!! The layout is amazing. It's like home. They have real neighbors with real homes across the street and down the block, Churches, Library, Main Street and more all within walking distance! We stayed in a new room,... More

What a bunch of whiners! This is a 1950's Motel! This is not the Best Western Beverly Hills! I have stayed here many times in the last 22 yrs, the rooms are clean and quiet. The carpet is brown....... oh my, no beige carpets here, Princess! We were allowed to park our bikes right inside the garage, no worrie about... More

We stayed here one night on our way back to Canada after a week biking in the USA. It was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in on our trip. The room was very clean - very spacious - comfortable beds. Everything we needed. The owners were very helpful. This was one of the best values we had on... More

Not all of the lights works, the faucet in the bathroom sink would not shut off completely, hardly any hot water, the floor board heaters did not work we only had a space heater which did not totally warm up the room. Also there were electric outlets that to be perfectly honest did not look safe and looked like they... More

I stayed here one night while passing through Montana. This motel is a 'classic' 1950s era motel from the days of "Route 66" (in this case, Route 2). It is not fancy, but it is extremely clean and very well maintained. All the stuff that you would want to be original (beautiful ceramic tiles in the bathroom, original bathroom fixtures,... More

We got there late at night and there happened to be a room available. The room was clean, but the bathroom light came on by its self, and the beds were not the most comfortable. Mostly hard and lumpy. When I told the desk about the beds and the light, they promptly refunded my money and promised to fix the... More
