I just love the Tamaracks Resort. the cabin we stayed in was clean and wonderful We had a great time. Plenty to do and swimming, fishing access, canoes for rent, inicentals up at the office as well. Our Grandson slammed his finger in the car door they gave us some stuff for his finger, the cabin was well stocked and wonderful.

We brought things like dish soap not necessary, they thought of everything in the kitchen area. This particular cabin has a dishwasher as well. Thanks Tamaracks!! We ahd a wondeful time.

We just had an incredible adventure at Seeley Lake!! I love the Tamaracks Resort and the authenticity of not only the cabins, but the people who welcome you and guide you toward a great Seeley Lake experience.

We came up for a few days in December 2020 to just get away from our reality!

The Saddle Shed Cabin was so inviting and decorated for Christmas! Our daughter loved the loft! I slept like a rock at Grandma's house!

We rented snowmobiles through the resort and I was so impressed with all of the effort of the staff to ensure we were set up to go out safely by ourselves. It was my first time, so I was a little nervous at first, but we were given instructions, maps, and a GPS. I am so glad we didn't pay for an expensive guided tour in hindsight. We had an amazing time and one we'll remember for the rest of our lives!

We took it easy the next day and went on a winter drive around the lake. We saw tons of deer and breathtaking views of all the mountain ridges near by.

I can't wait to get back next time for another down to earth adventure, quality family time, and just for the peace of mind gained at Tamaracks Resort!

My family has been coming here for 15 years and were told this year when we tried to reserve for 2022 that they gave our reservations to another group. No loyalty, no customer service. The property has been in steady decline since Sue left. This year one of our cabins had no working toilets and we were told to “use the outhouse.” Again with no sense of urgency to fix the problem. Sue, come back!

WARNING to all. On a family vacation and rented jet ski for afternoon. The jet ski did not operate correctly from the beginning. Limped jet ski back after about an hour and a half. They charged us for two hours of rental and an addition $225 for a part because it broke while we had it rented. There is absolutely no way in hell we did anything to break this part. Do not rent from here. NOT REPUTABLE

Best family owned resort around. Jeff and Jessica put the H in hospitality. Cabins are beautifully done and so comfortable to stay in. We had the opportunity this last trip to stay in the popup tent/campsite and highly recommend it. All you need is your suitcase and food/drinks, the rest is provided for you and absolutely worth it. Once you stay you’ll keep coming back. We’ve been staying here for over 10 years and will continue to vacation here. Can’t wait for our next trip to stay here.

We were very excited to stay at the Tamaracks Resort at Seeley Lake, Montana. We supposedly selected a high-end cabin by the lake for our 2 night stay. Our disappointment began when we went to check in and the lady was on the phone having a casual conversation with a fellow employee. We waited and waited and waited for her to end the conversation while we stood patiently. We went into our cabin bedrooms and discovered all the pillows for each bed were on the dirty carpet with no pillow cases. I returned to let them know. After that was rectified, I noticed there were a boatload of supposedly washed dishes next to the sink that hadn’t been put away! (I guess that was my job, especially since I was paying $356 a night, with taxes and fees). The floor in the kitchen was not mopped with stains and stickiness. The dining table had cup rings on it, showing it wasn’t wiped down. There were three old, used sponges piled on the sink that were so dirty that I couldn’t use them to clean anything. The dining chairs were uncomfortable and rickety with old food spattered on one of the chairs. Every piece of wooden furniture went beyond rustic and had paint splotches & numerous scratches—the type of furniture you would take to the dump. The floors were unstable, uneven, and covered with filthy carpeting. We were given the Wi-Fi password, which never connected or worked. The toilet was so loud when it flushed, it sounded like a sonic boom. My final complaint was that it was difficult to sleep because I kept hearing scratching noises near the bed (bats that another guest mentioned in her review?), along with disruptive yelling by others on the property after midnight each night, even though quiet hours were supposedly in place (and no one apparently did a thing to rectify this because the noise continued the next night.) I wanted a relaxing get-away and instead got a filthy mess.

We have been going to Tamaracks for several years and usually go in mid-summer. The last couple years we’ve added a long weekend in early June also and the resort and lake are fantastic then as well. Early summer with cooler days and nights was tremendous.
Stayed in Sunset cabin for the first time right along the lake. The cabin has been all redone in a shabby chic style with home-milled wood paneling slabs that are awesome. Everything you need is there and could not have been more comfortable. Bathroom is awesome also. It was completely quiet and private and the lake was very high. Stay could not have been nicer. We love Tamaracks Resort and hold it as a very precious family tradition. The owners have thought of what we might enjoy or need before we have. It is all right there from boat and paddle board rentals to cozy beds and kitchen utensils. We feel so fortunate to have discovered it as a precious Montana lake hideaway!
You will love it too! Enjoy!!

We noticed that the quest staying at this resort are careless on leaving food out. We noted food in plastic garbage cans left out all night and food on group picnic tables, also noted food in back of quest pickup truck.
Resort management doesn’t seem to concerned about this issue

They also have some RV spaces. We had a great site literally on the lake. Not only that, the spaces on either side of us were not very close.
The resort was older but extremely well maintained and clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Not your typical RV stack em in there resort.
