I didn’t know what to expect when I got here. Reviews we’re all good. I had to prepay the cabin. Fine. They knew I was coming. They knew I had dogs. After reading the notebook in the cabin I was kind of disappointed they didn’t leave me dog towels. I had 1 in the car. Bought one in town. Then bought 2 polar fleece blankets at the grocery store for the dogs and I to walk on. In the rain there is no way to bring things in with you. It’s sad that everything here has a price on it. Very disturbing people would steal things. I didn’t mind paying the price of the room but had no idea I would have to do my own trash and dishes. I am sure in the summer time it would be a fun place and there is a lot to be done here. However, not a single staff member checked on me until after 6. Then it was a quick call on my cell phone. I had a note taped to the front door when I arrived. That was fine but I couldn’t go into the gift shop. the DVD player Inn my Glacier cabin won’t open. The movie a River Runs thru it has a $50 price tag attached to it. Seriously, every thing here has a crazy price on it. The dog beach was nice. The entry way was all decorated for fall. It is a gorgeous area. I don’t normally do middle of the road reviews but it’s Sept so I am doing so. The lack of acknowledgement and the crazy price tags on sheets and the rules are to much for me to give it a great review.

We have stayed here for over 15 years!! Lost the cabin we have stayed in for next summer, without being informed. Made a reservation AND DOWN PAYMENT for another cabin for next year, found out six weeks later that we lost that cabin also!!! But they had one available for $100 more a night. I had to call and ask for a refund and they said they gave me one, sent it to an e-mail I haven't had for 10 years!!! But boy when they want payment they send it to my correct e-mail!!! Sue come back, whoever is running the show is a JOKE!!!!

Tamaracks Resort is the kind of place you dream about discovering but rarely do! Few places like this family owned and run welcoming and delightful Montana haven exist. We have been coming here for many summers and each stay is different yet wonderfully the same in many precious ways! The mountain lake is beautiful, great for swimming and boating and the resort rents every kind of water toy and craft you can want. Floating lazily down the tranquil Clearwater River into the lake is a visit favorite each year. Be prepared to see turtles, ducks, dragonflies, and possibly even a deer or two in the tall grass along the bank. This summer we enjoyed the new 'sunset dinner cruise' on the resort's new pontoon. Absolutely terrific with a locally catered, delicious dinner, and with fun staff driving and serving. The pampering and beauty of the two hour tour around the lake at the end of a fun filled day is an especially fantastic memory for this year's stay. I feel so fortunate and grateful that we have a place like this to make continued family memories and come eagerly together at each summer.. Tamaracks has put smiles on so many faces, including ours, for so many years! Thank you Jeff and Jessica. I cannot recommend a stay at Tamaracks strongly enough. You are in for a wonderful summer treat!

New management = disgraceful! We have been staying at this place for 15 years. This year, it was all so dirty and very rude new staff. Dirty Cabins and they canceled our stay for the following year with zero communication. Worthless!

They are the only people renting at Seeley, we rented Jetskis and boats. Service was incredible and flexible even though they were super busy. Especially kayden, he was responsive, kind and respectful.. 5 stars for service!!
