This is by far the most beautiful inn I’ve stayed in within the US. Nestled in the mountains outside of Red Lodge, Montana, it is a quiet haven that faces Mt. Maurice. It is adjacent to the Bear Tooth Mountains and very convenient to many hiking trails as well the restaurants in Red Lodge. Despite the recent flooding in this area, we are able to access multiple trailheads within a few miles ands have seen gorgeous views. Once the Beartooth Mountain Pass opens in a couple of weeks, there will be even more spectacular hikes to tackle. The staff is super friendly and helpful with local knowledge, and the breakfast is both filling and delicious. I recommend the Haywood Cabin if you can get it because it’s up the hill on its own. What a gem!
Stayed with Barbara for a wedding we came for, had a lovely time and breakfast was phenomenal every day! Sad we didn’t get to use the hot tub, maybe next time! Clean, very nice, super comfortable with separate keys to each room and thermostat/heat in each room as well. Great little getaway for us!
We booked this place months ago but on Monday, June 13, 2022 there was a Natural Disaster Flooding event which washed out roads, cut electricity and water. The Mayor of the town was on the news asking people NOT to come during the Emergency clean up. Our reservation was June 15. This place refused to cancel our reservation even though our SAFETY was at risk. We contacted them on that very day.Do not book here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the Two Bears Inn. We marveled at the clever décor and attention to detail throughout the property. The breakfast was delightful. Many quiet corners to sit both inside and out. A short trail behind the main house leads to a quiet vantage of the valley.
We had such a wonderful stay at Two Bears Inn. The breakfasts were out of this world delicious, the room was cozy, and the entire inn was exactly what you would want during your stay at a mountain retreat. Our hosts were wonderful, giving us ideas on what to do in the area, as well as being very accommodating. Will recommend to all family and friends heading to the area, and will definitely be back to stay with them in the future. Highly recommend, 5 stars all the way!
Beautiful home and scenery. The owner was so nice and had 3 very well behaved, beautiful dogs! Located in a nice, peaceful area, not too far from town, where there are several dining options. The room and bathroom were very nice and updated, and breakfast was great! Highly recommended!
This bed and breakfast inn was amazing!! It felt so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was great!! My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and we are definitely going to recommend this to anyone who wants a little getwaway at a peaceful place. Barbra was also a sweetheart. we can’t wait to be back again!!
Lovely inn, our room was perfect. Clean, great bathroom. Decor was exactly what you would hope to see in a Montana Inn. Delicious breakfasts with lots of food. Wonderful hosts. Hope to be back next year.
We had a wonderful evening at Two Bears Inn. We are not dog people, however; and although the two/three dogs are well behaved, when we were eating breakfast it was uncomfortable to have them sniff your crotch and put their head on the breakfast table. This place is an ideal location in nature and working with nature to keep it beautiful, they are doing a beautiful job of enhancing their environment. The rooms are amazing, breakfast was wonderful, and she is a very kind hostess.
My visiting Texas cousin and I spent a wonderful evening at Two Bears Inn B&B enjoying a comfy room and a few minutes of the setting sun at their wonderful firepit setting listening to a large variety of birds. We had a delicious breakfast and enjoyed the easy conversation of our hosts. Memorable, enjoyable and hopefully something to be repeated. Thank you, Barbra, for a great end to our vacation.
