We rented a studio suite for a wedding, and for the bride and bridal party to get ready on the 4th of July weekend. Upon checking in, the gals up front had suggestions to make sure our stay in Red Lodge during the busy weekend was as easy as possible. They had the hours of the grocery store, restaurants, event schedule at the tips of their fingers, so any question were readily answered. They were incredibly kind. As a bonus, especially for this dog mom, is that they are pet friendly. They have rest areas for dogs with and provided us with a welcome bag for our fur baby. I met another group of people who were there for a family reunion, and having a pool for the kids to play in was a highlight of the property for them. With the bridal party going in and out, we had a pretty busy room and up front they asked if there was anything more they could do to help and if we did need anything, to just ask. For the price, the room was awesome. It had a small kitchen, large living/dining/sleeping area and was super clean. With it being such a busy weekend, I still felt that they treated every guest with an easy, friendly approach. And when we checked out, they asked to meet our rescue pup, which sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend!…
This was just perfect for our family! Staff was very friendly! Our ‘room’ which was a townhouse style was exceptional! Deer were roaming in the backyard. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub! Beautiful area, unfortunately we didn’t have much time to check it out as we stayed here on our way home 😢 Thank you!
Loved this place. It's like taking a step back in time. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and charming. Service was amazing. The husband wife managers were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We came in late on a Sunday night. We were starving. Not a lot open on Sunday night in Red Lodge. These guys started checking on restaurants for us. They found one open gave us directions and sent us off to eat. When we got back from eating, the fire crackling in the fireplace was a welcome site. After spending so many nights incookie cutter hotels,, this was a welcome change.. I even liked the tan shag carpet going up the stairs. Beds were comfortable. Everything about this place was enjoyable. I will be back.
You seriously won’t find another place anywhere close to this place for the price! You get 5 star quality for 2 star prices! Anybody that passes this place up is making a terrible mistake! The rooms are massive, super comfortable beds, parking right by your door! The pool and hot tub are super nice, but I’m telling you the rooms are to die for!! I assure you that you will not regret booking this spot!!
We were at an Airbnb, but had to check out. We needed another place to stay.. so we came to the Chateau Rogue! It was perfect! Extremely clean and had everything we needed, kitchenette and all! The owners were so friendly and helpful!! We would definitely stay here again, when in Red Lodge!
Loved this place. Super clean and friendly folks. Nice back yard. Beds were comfy. I really can't find anything but good to say. The rooms do not have A/C, i was concerned , but the rooms just never warmed up at all. I would highly recommend The Chateau.
We stop here on a spontaneous visit through bear tooth highway. The amenities are "aged" for very family oriented and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We were two moms, a 15 y/o boy and 12 y/o girl. We enjoyed our stay and the real wood fireplace after a day playing in the snow (yes, in July).
The hotel was an affordable price. We had plenty of space for our family of four. It was rather hot one day and no air-conditioning was tough...cool enough all other days. The only disappointment was the kitchen equipment. We were not expecting anything more than the basics. But no frying pan, no lids for pans and no colander. Staff was very friendly.
Really enjoyed the vibe. Quiet and homey. Was very nice and comfy after long days hiking/traveling the area. Newly renovated with great kitchens. Loved that rooms had different types of mattresses to cater to everyone. Highly recommend!
Two seniors and one dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The units are huge with two bedrooms on the second floor, a full kitchen and a wood-burning fire place with free wood available. Comfortable and quiet. A perfect place to stop before or after your Yellowstone adventure.
