So we booked the room in the lodge yesterday and were not advised there would be a wedding, and party, taking place DIRECTLY BENEATH OUR ROOM. Probably is a great place to vacation, certainly beautiful , would be nice to hear the creek, but the creek is drowned out by the loud wedding party....would have been nice to know

The location of this hotel is beautiful. The creek runs directly behind the property and many of the rooms back up to it. It's also a great place from which to take the Beartooth highway to Cook City and head into Yellowstone. So for a quick one-night stopover, it's fine. However, the rooms are tough to relax in if you're... More

We slept in a huge king sized bed with the screen door to the balcony pulled and listened to the sound of the roaring river right outside our room. Stars everywhere! This is a great location to drive up Beartooth Highway to the pass. Excellent hospitality! We would love to return!

This is a great location to spend the night before you go up the Beartooth highway. Our room was very clean, but a little out dated. We visited on a Monday so the Old Pinny Dell was closed, but breakfast was great the next morning, with a nice view of the river.

We just stayed overnight and it was wonderful. Everything is new and updated. After reading previous reviews, I was a little worried. Our room was great. Flat screen TV with lots of channels. I was happy to see a coffee maker. Great bathroom. Great view. We were very pleased. Maybe the older section of the hotel needs updated but not... More

This hotel was great for the family, but when we asked for a dog friendly room they put my husband and I in a separate room away from the condo that we also rented. We asked to keep us in the same town house but they said they couldn't do that with a dog, so not only did we have... More

This was one of the worst trips we have taken! I emailed 3 times and heard jack back... maybe they were trying to warn me in their own way. After making our reservation, we were informed the pool was down and being fixed. It had been vandalized 5 months ago. I look forward to a swim, but it wasn't a deal... More

We booked two nights in a room at this resort. Our room was in the Grizzly Condos section of this resort and was small and not very nice. We upgraded to a condo room on the third floor which had a nice balcony overlooking the Rock Creek and a cathedral ceiling and large windows that looked out on the mountain.... More

Beautiful spot to stay while traveling through, or as a location for an event. Situated at the base of the Bear Tooth Mountains, next to the creek, the scenery was gorgeous from every angle. The "catch and release" pond was entertaining for kids of all ages. The rooms are simple, but very clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. We attended a wedding... More

I attended a family wedding at the resort, it was a beautiful room for the reception with lots of doors that opened up to the creek that runs along the edge of the property. The staff were great and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean, possibly a bit dated, but other then that it was a great place to... More
