This is an amazing property! We loved the all inclusive concept. Any request we had was met. They even delivered a s’mores kit with roasting sticks to our cabin !! It was fun to receive the house keeping gifts that were placed on the beds everyday. the service, food, activities and lodging were beyond expectations! It was a fabulous trip

Property's Favorite Review
We just returned from a 5 day stay at RC - we are still laughing and so thankful we went. We've had some luxury trips before but this one was over the top. From the pickup at our hotel in Missoula (Delaney) to the return back to Missoula (John) it was a 6 star experience. From the front desk staff Holly, Leanne, Aimee, Erin, Linda, Georgia, to Chase at the bar (thank you my friend for the great whiskey recommendations) and always keeping my whiskey glass replenished, Myron at the pistol and rifle ranges and that incredible snowmobiling trip, Jacob at the Buckle Barn, Kayden at Buckle Barn, Bella and the awesome horseback ride on Fridge and Shorty. I'm leaving names out I know but just had to call these out you made our first trip to The Ranch fantastic beyond measure! Every single staff member is so nice and the service is world-class. Every meal at The Buckle Barn was incredible - kudos to the kitchen crew there you guys rock!! Thanks for the Elk Sausage Gravy especially!!! The evening meals in the dining room equally first class every evening!!! We stayed in the lodge in the Winchester room - loved it every minute and the decor is something out of a western movie! Thanks for the Christmas Tree in our room it made the holiday!!! Shoutout to Jon the GM for telling us about Whiskey & Water Weekend next Labor Day - we already booked our return trip! We could go on and on about this property and are counting down the days until we come back next Labor Day 2021!

Dear aztravelcpl, Thank you for your review and it was great getting to know you over the holidays here. It makes my day to see you mention so many of our awesome employees here at The Ranch that made your stay special, even our 4-legged team members Fridge and Shorty! I'm thrilled that you will be back for Whiskey and Water Weekend in September when it looks like a totally different ranch with all kinds of new activities and events to take in. We'll keep working hard at getting better every day and exceed your expectations again in 9 months. Best regards, Jon Martin General Manager

This entire experience is best summed up in one word: the PEOPLE. From the moment we landed in Missoula and were picked up from the airport to the time we were dropped back off five days later, this entire experience exceeded ALL of our expectations. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the most beautiful environment with the kindest people seeing to your every need, look NO further. Every single member of this team is absolutely world class - kind, attentive, thoughtful, inclusive. The GM, Jon, welcomed us upon arrival and periodically checked in with us throughout the trip to ensure we were having the best time. My husband and I came here to detach from work, relax and enjoy some downtime - And by our third day there, I was so relaxed and lost in the fun of the day that I completely forgot to check my work phone for 14 hours, oops. Food: AMAZING. Every bite was incredible, and we left every meal feeling the fullest. Kayden took such great care of us each night for dinner + went above and beyond with making every wish his command. At my husband's mention of the onion ring starter being the best he'd ever had, five minutes later he had a plate of onion rings to accompany his next course. The manager, Abby, was there to complement Kayden nicely and visited with us throughout each dinner also. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive our entire stay, even going above and beyond to leave us with a handwritten note and nice treat the night before we departed. Kate from Texas took wonderful care of us each day for breakfast & lunch, and by the last couple days had even learned our trends and was bringing us things before we even asked. She was so attentive and sweet. The sweet chefs in the buckle barn even accommodated our ask for biscuits and gravy our last morning on site. Incredible! Activities: Ginny from South Africa is a must meet staff member. She guided our ropes course and our UTV tour and is so sweet, quick witted and very knowledgeable about all things on the ranch. Her personality was one of the best we met our entire stay there. Nat took great care of us during our sporting clays outing, and Brooke was the BEST horse guide we have ever gone out with. She let us choose where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see, and we loved the horses selected for us. The fly fishing experience with Harry was incredible. He was so patient with us being first time fly fisher(people?), and that was quite the adventurous time! We were also blessed to meet Jazz in passing one day while there, and she is SUCH a ray of sunshine when you come across her. Nighttime: There are several options for where to spend your time at night. We loved hanging with Jonathan and Savina at the bar inside the lodge for happy hour appetizers and drinks before dinner. They were both very attentive, and just like Kate with the food, had learned our drink wants and needs by the last couple of days of the trip. We also spent some time in the saloon at the horse saddle bar there + bowling. Whether we were in the lodge, in the saloon or outside by the fireplace, Jonathan always made sure we were taken care of and had a drink in our hand. Room: We stayed in the Palomino room in the main lodge upstairs and loved the proximity to the dining room for dinner, the social hour downstairs and the fireplace/lounge. We would totally recommend it. We used the essential oil sleep spray on our pillows each night that were left for us by the staff, and I have never slept so soundly. As far as navigating the ranch when staying at the lodge, each day between activities we either got picked up by a driver to take us to the Buckle Barn to eat or we rode our bikes, if the weather wasn't too chilly. There are also many adorable cabin options on property to check out, if you are looking for more privacy or a bigger room. Location: This was our first time to Montana, and we were absolutely blown away by the beauty and expansiveness. Everywhere you look is a mountain, endless trees and just the most beautiful scenery we had ever seen. WE CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!

Thank you for taking the time to point out so many of our team who made such a great impression on you during your stay. I think my favorite part of your review was that you didn't even check your phone for 14 hours which is a great sign you're enjoying yourself. We look forward to that next trip here! This place was on point. The staff was attentive to the needs that were required to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The Instructors at the range were top notch and was a safe environment. The horse back riding was the best yet, great gear and quality of animals was above the normal. Great place we will come back one day soon ?
