Always stay here when we come to visit our grandson who is attending the university. We are always made to feel welcome and all our needs are met. Everyone goes our of his/her way to fulfill our needs.

I was in Missoula on a Friday night prior to a Montana Grizzly football game. As it was a game weekend the rate was a bit more expensive than I would normally expect from a Montana Hilton, however, it was one of the few hotels with any remaining inventory. Overall I thought the property was very nice. The staff was... More

As with all of the Hampton Inn's we have stayed with throughout the Pacific Northwest we were impressed by this hotel's very friendly and helpful staff and the upkeep of the facility. I can't say enough how I appreciated the staff's patience with me as I asked for a different room. The hotel's location is also very convenient to just... More

Squeeky clean! Impressive for a hotel that accepts pets! Smelled wonderful too! Corners of room and bathroom were spotless! Breakfast and customer service were a 10! Especially for a free breakfast! Great

We arrived without a reservation and needed a handicapped room. They were very friendly and accommodating providing us with a room close to the elevator so we didn't have to walk far. They were also helpful with directions.

The Hampton Inn is Missoula, Mt., does not meet the standard of other Hampton's that we have stayed in. The beds need to be updated and the breakfast was sub-standard. We have been pleased with other Hampton Inns but Montana is lacking in Missoula and Bozeman for quality.

Very nice and friendly place to stay. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Staff is super accommodating , friendly, and helpful. Here we're no cookies at the front desk, which we always enjoy. Apparently they were out. Breakfast is good, didn't like the fake eggs, but otherwise good. Breakfast staff rocked!

Great beds as has been the norm for the Hampton Inns we have stayed in. Excellent service at the desk and the staff were gracious. The parking lot will not accommodate a 26' Penske with a car on a trailer in tow. We parked on the street about a block south.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast, accommodating shuttle, comfortable beds, quiet and restful. What more can you ask for. We arrived very late at night. There had been a mixup on our request for a shuttle. However, they had a ride there for us within minutes and our keys and room ready when we arrived. They provided us a ride... More
