We checked in on Monday, July 18th to room #104. The check-in girl, Harmony, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, the room was pretty good. Only a few minor 'negatives'. Nothing serious. No microwave and only a 1 cup micro coffee maker. The bathtub seemed a little on the narrow order, thus making it a little... More

It's in need of an update, but the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Fair charge for what you get. Easy access, in and out. The wifi wasn't very good at our end - room 157. We did have a good little nook for our motorcycles right in front of our room.

We spent the night of July 7th at Ruby's. The reception area was staffed with very pleasant folks. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is just off the Interstate and 6-7 miles from downtown Missoula and the University campus. Perhaps the best thing about Ruby's is their full breakfast at no charge. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, potato, etc.

Ruby's Inn is not a fancy inn/motel. It provides the basic necessities, is clean, has free wifi, and readily provides things like additional towels (received within 10-15 minutes after request) and a free breakfast in the a.m.( complete with eggs, pancakes, other hot and cold items). What Ruby's lacks in glamor, it excels in service. The sign outside says it... More

I stayed a total of 3 nights here, one night before a pack trip and two nights after a pack trip. The rooms are dated, but clean. Everything worked and bed was comfortable. It was quiet and staff was friendly. My room was on the back side of motel and it opened to the outside, which I wasn't crazy about,... More

Very friendly staff at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. What really got our attention was the wonderful buffet breakfast in their spacious dinning area the next morning. We will make it a point to stay there in the future whenever we are passing through. East access to the freeway.

We spent one night at this hotel and was not impressed. Our room was a nice size, but unfortunately right by the pool so the noise level was high and constant. The decor definitely needs an upgrade. The carpet was stained in several places and the two chairs showed definite signs of age. If you're on a budget, this hotel... More

We stayed here overnight on our way from Calgary back to Sacramento. The main building looks nice, like it's been recently renovated. The woman who checked us in was very nice. Hot tub is in the back. The room was serviceable, but could use a little of that renovating - there was some peeling paint in the bathroom and such. Overall,... More

Stayed while traveling from Seattle to Billings. Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Older facility but bed comfortable and wall air conditioner kept room cool. Seems lots of older travelers but free breakfast good to start the day. If you're looking for 5 star this isn't it but if you need a room for the night this is an okay... More

I have stayed at this hotel in '06 , '08 and now in 2016 but may not stay again. The hotel has showed its age and nothing has been done to update or modernize the place. the furniture is old and shabby, carpets in room were old and dirty, and the bathroom is in need of new tub and fixtures.
