Hotel's Favorite
Stayed with two dogs, $25 total for both, one night. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, on top floor, which was delightful for the extra space, although we didn't use the full kitchen. Nice to have the vinyl flooring in the kitchen for feeding/watering the dogs, and I wish hotels would start doing away with carpeting in all rooms.
The windows opened only about 4 inches-- not enough to suit my wish for fresh air. Thankfully the room was not overly scented with cleaning materials, and the the room was mostly clean (as evidenced by our dogs lack of interest in sniffing the carpet, but one of them found something to eat just under the bed).
I don't get why a double queen room would have a nightstand only between the beds-- so as the person on the outer side, I had no place to put my glasses, phone, etc.
The hotel sits along a small river, with benches and a walking path, and currently there's an empty field across the river--nice for the dogs. The dog waste-bag dispenser was empty.
Excellent breakfast, really good choices esp for non-meat eaters, with an impressive selection of granola, cut fruit, fresh berries. There was also good bacon, nicely cooked.

Our family of three stayed in the king suite on our way through town. Check in was very friendly and quick and the room was comfortable for the three of us. Only drawback was we brought some food to make, not realizing the "full" kitchen did not include an oven. The room was clean and quiet.
We appreciated the very good COVID-friendly breakfast options and enjoyed eating breakfast on the outdoor patio area. We also made use of the guest computers/printers.
Great stay.

We visit Missoula every year or two and always stay at Staybridge Suites. We were there recently for two nights in June and it is still a wonderful place, even with the precautions taken for Covid. The staff was universally friendly and professional. A special mention goes to Colleen, who manages the breakfast in the morning and social hour on some weekdays – she was excellent at all times. They prepare different hot breakfast entrees each morning, which you can complement with fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, muffins, bagels, etc. On some evenings, they also offer a social hour, with beer, wine, and a rotation of snacks and light meals. They do everything with attention to Covid safety, but the result is still very good.
We were travelling with our adult son so we got a suite, which was in great shape and very large and comfortable. The Staybridge is not the least expensive hotel in Missoula, but we believe it offers the best overall value and look forward to visiting again.

I booked this room for the first floor and asked for the nicest king size suite available, two weeks prior through there hotel booking department.
We pleaded with them when we got there because the receptionist couldn’t give us a 1st floor room. She said
(You requested a first floor room but we don’t have any)
I didn’t understand because I booked this weeks ago.
Then we got our room and it was just a queen bed and small kitchenette very small not at all the best or near the best room and not even a king size bed I definitely requested.
I asked again the next day for a room change and the receptionist was so rude and no first floor suites.
I showers and my husband after me showered and we only had 1 towel. I called the receptionist and asked for more towels than 1 and she said I had to come downstairs to get them. Why on earth is there only 1 towel and they won’t bring you up more you have to get them yourself.
The hot breakfast is really bad like questionable if you should eat the eggs . The do have other food like yogurt and fruit that’s fine and the breakfast staff is friendly.
The pool .... well no one tells you this until your trying to open unlock the door to go swimming, your key doesn’t work for the pool , you have to get a special key from the receptionist and lol you have to make a reservation to go swimming, thankfully no one was in the pool because otherwise in our bathing suites would of had to get the bad news your not going swimming and wait our tern .
I payd 200 a night for a basic room and a hot questionable breakfast and , Crappy rude service.
The marrot next door has a much bigger pool and nicer rooms for 159. Never again will I stay there this was supposed to be a weekend getaway for my husband birthday . this was so frustrating . I don’t usually do reviews. Oh and tiny freezing pool.

Pet Fee is $75. Beware! That’s the price of a hotel room! The amount should be posted on the website so guests know prior to checking in. Other than that, the front desk check-in clerks were friendly. Smaller kitchen than expected with a two-bed queen suite. However, It was a nice room, as always, with Staybridge Suites. Just leave Fido at home.

Our family of 5 (mom, 2 grandmothers, & 2 teens) enjoyed this property as a stopover for 1 night. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a king bed, 2 queens, & safabed plus 2 bathrooms. We were able to spread out nicely. Our only complaint was there was no table in the room, just a tall bar with our 2 barstools (made it hard to eat or play games together). The room was clean, beds comfortable, & showers hot. The snack & wine time was nice, plus my son got to enjoy some basketball too! Breakfast was ok, and the community eating area was well laid out, both inside & outside. Staff was nice, so not sure about the last reviewer who was complaining (who goes to bed at 8:30??). The quiet times are 10pm to 6am, which is normal. We enjoyed our stay!

Other than some noisy housekeeping staff who do not understand guests appreciate a quiet place to work and relax, all else was above average. During this COVID19 experience, I feel the food provided in mornings and the wine & cheese at 5-7pm M-T-W are a much nicer compromise than other places I have stayed at in Missoula. Kudos to the (mostly) professional staff and management.

We were a lil unsure when we booked this hotel as it only had one review that gave it one star but the price was right so we jumped in. I'm glad we did. This hotel is reasonably priced but with extra comforts than your average budget/extended stay motel. The bed for example is better than middle road, its not your bamboo latex cloud but it is certainly a comfortable bed. A two burner stove, fridge and modest counter space. This is not a luxury hotel, more a sensible temporary living concept. Simple modernness and clean!! The kitchen is not stocked but they have the convenience for you to purchase a pot pan set at the front desk if you really needed.. There is a cutting board in the room though.. They do not have hand towels but I believe these are the lil things that help put more attention on other details, hence, affordability as a whole. The management and staff that I encountered on my stay was professional, personable and genuinely seemed to give a hoot. The only thing, and we forgot to mention when I checked out, is the fridge. The motor was particularly loud. We got used to it and still slept well but it is definitely worth mentioning, room 225. And thank you to Jesus at the front
desk for taking pictures for us in our Halloween costumes. Oh and the coffee was better than average too.

My son and I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. Too bad it was only for two nights! There’s so much to do in Missoula, and this hotel has a good, central location. There are lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. Our room had a nice view of the Dairy Queen, wonder what’s happening there? Every time we looked out our window, there were at least 8 cars in their drive thru! We also had a view of the mountains, but not a real close and clear view, there are other buildings very close to this one. We did have a nice view of the sky and we were able to watch the big pink full moon rise. This hotel was new and very clean and nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff. This was the best breakfast that we had on our nearly 3 weeks long journey, stayed at multiple IHG properties. The waffles with fresh fruit and whipped cream, and the fresh fruit cups were our favorites. We had fresh berries, melons, and pineapples with our breakfast. Wish I had more right now! We will stay here again soon, hopefully!

Stayed in a double queen bed suite. Layout was great with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, & plenty of seating in living area. Separate sleeping quarters. I thought the wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, & body soap in the shower was a great way to cut down on waste. Plentiful breakfast options with fresh fruit. Pet-friendly.

No sure about Dinner the days we were at hotel, they didn't have dinner Thur- Sun. Breakfast is 6-9 or 930 depending on the day of week.
There is Uber now available in Missoula.
Our shuttle is an airport shuttle, so that is our priority. However, Big Sky Brewing is on the way to the airport so we could probably do it, but we cannot guarantee that you could go when you wished, it would have to correspond with any previously arranged airport shuttles. There are local taxi's if that arrangement would work better for you. We look forward to your stay!
Yes it is indoor and heated. we keep it at 86 degrees.
