This hotel provides customer experiences that some of the big chains could learn from. Friendly staff, clean rooms (they clean every day), the breakfast that is included is top notch with a huge variety of fresh fruit and a changing selection of hot breakfast options including amazing bacon. My son and I were in the pool every day and the location is great. They also gave us a fun goody bag for the road trip to our next destination. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment you walk in the front door, you are warmly greeted by the person at the front desk. Everyone there is so nice, helpful and very friendly. When you open the door to your room, you're greeted with a smell of CLEANLINESS and for me, sets the tone for the duration of my stay. The breakfast was good, the only thing I feel that could be improved is the portion sizes that are handed out. They serve you themselves and when I asked for "a little bit more" for my son's plate, I got the feeling they prefer to serve you the bare minimum. But it was good food and service, no doubt. The beds! Oh my goodness are the beds comfortable! The sheets and comforter have the smell of laundry detergent. We definitely will be coming back here when in town. I highly recommend this place, as it truly IS one of a kind!

You can tell this is a locally owned hotel by the service they give. This is a great hotel. From the time you book the reservation to the time of check-out the people are great. They talk to you, openly answer question you may have or just visit. Our first time in Miles City and asked the gentleman at the desk for eating recommendations and things to do and everyone that we tried was great. Thank you for that cause now days people don't want to visit with you. There hotel is very clean and you can tell they take pride in being good. They have cookies and infused water by the front desk at all times and the breakfast is like a restaurant. They serve you the hot food and have fresh fruit and the other basic foods for breakfast. When we went to leave there was a gift bag hanging on our door with goodies in for the ride home or next destination. The only thing for us was we prefer a firm mattress and these were on the soft squishy side and was a little uncomfortable sleeping. Great hotel and service. Want to please there guests.

The king size bed was the most important to us and it was very comfortable, check-in was easy and the desk clerk was very helpful. Complimentary Clam Chowder and a variety of beverages available at check-in and into the evening. Breakfast was amazing, large variety of fresh fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burritos and it was prepared by a lovely lady. Yummy! Check out easy.

Our stay was great until we discovered a bed full of bed bugs. This trip cost us a lot of money having to throw out and replace all of our items! Will never stay here again! Now I am spending the weekend washing all of our belongings that we couldn’t throw in hopes that we AVOID bringing them into our home!!!!

From the phone call to reserve the room to check out in the morning was an amazing experience. The feeling of old fashioned hospitality was a welcome change from today’s social media driven society. Joe greeted us upon arrival, explained the facilities (we chose the No pet portion of hotel), made sure we were aware of never ending cookies, and evening soup to snack on! The room #106 was immaculately clean and tv remote was in its own plastic bag for sanitation. Room was equipped with toiletries, mints, pen, paper…all the little perks that are disappearing. The decor may not appeal to the younger traveller, but the over 40 crowd should appreciate the warmth of it. Joe then gave us recommendations for dinner which was successful in its own right. Each guest that we met in the hotel seemed as pleased as were with their stay.
The bed was comfortable and they have full sized pillows! We were too tired to take advantage of pool and hot tub, but those who did seemed to enjoy it.
In the morning, the bill was already under the door and the “goodie bag” was on the door knob. Again, that small gesture to say Thank you for choosing us, was a welcome change. Then breakfast…….
A full hot buffet served by Lori. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, assorted cut fruit, cereal, too much to list. Because Lori was serving everything the risk of Covid spreading was lessened because only she was touching things. Best hotel “free breakfast “ I’ve ever had.
Upon leaving Sandra at the front desk made sure we enjoyed our stay and the pride shown in working at Miles City Hotel and Suites was evident. If we lived closer we would come for weekend getaways.
All the small details for guest hospitality make this an exceptional gem of an independent hotel. Keep up the good work.

So many unexpected extras in addition to comfortable room. From cookies in the afternoon and soup in the evening and a go bag upon leaving, to a large indoor pool and spa and delicious breakfast with a host to serve hot foods and fruits. I felt truly pampered.

The staff were professional and yet very friendly both during check in and check out.
The room was spotless. Fresh made soup and crackers was available in the after noon and also a full breakfast with a great selection of fruits, and it was delicious!

What an unexpected treat it was to find this gem as we traveled east from WA to WI. We normally stay at Choice hotels or Wyndham, but nothing was available. The staff was friendly and the services great. They serve soup in the evening, have a heated indoor pool and hot tub, serve an excellent breakfast which includes fresh fruit, and put your receipt under your door, and hang a bag of treats on the door as well. I highly recommend this as a place to look forward to as you travel across the state of Montana.

The room was comfortable and clean. The rates were fair and the food was great! The continental breakfast had a great selection of hot food as well and cold. Air conditioner in room kept a great temperature and the desk clerks were friendly. Hotel was located in a solid location near the more attractive side of town.
