Friendly guy upon check in. Room not too bad. Basic. Comfortable bed. Clean but dated. Especially the bathroom. Coffee and basic breakfast in the a.m. I have stayed in similar motels for at least $20-30 less than Sandman motel. I booked my room about a month prior to arrival, fearing that I will not find availability during my trip. In...

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The cost was very reasonable. When I called for availability we were at top of driveway and got a better rate than any of websites had advertised. Yeah. Breakfast was sparse but enough to get you going in the morning. Coffee available at six AM, no coffee maker in room but early availability made it...

My hubby and I are traveling the north west from Wisconsin. Called the sandman hotel on a Sunday night and instantly welcomed by the Aussie. The room was clean and eclectic (love the pink tub). The price is good, the beds are comfy, and it's quiet

We stayed at the Sandman well in Libby. I'm a manager of a larger hotel in Dillon Montana, I met Shane the owner and he was very polite and nice. The rooms were good for an older hotel. They take very good care of the property. We will stay again if we are in Libby. Thank you for the great...

The room was clean, but small. Owners have tried to upgrade some things.. Breakfast minimal, we went to Mickey D's. The host was interesting ( from Australia). Best thing about Libby were the falls where they filmed part of the movie " Revelent " They are not to be missed..

Our rooms were, as advertised, impeccably clean. This motel is a nice, modest little place next to the highway. The staff were very welcoming and efficient - and our rooms were spacious and quaint. If you wanted a simple base camp for a week's outdoor activities - I'd strongly recommend the Sandman. Very reasonably priced, too.

The outside look of the motel is not too desirable but wait till you look inside. The room was very clean, smelled good, and the beds were wonderful. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice treat. Hard to find though.

Very pleasant stay. Lovely clean Comfortable room, super comfortable bed ..Fridge and a microwave , lovely hot coffee on standby in the morning , it was the Kangaroo images on the front area that enticed us, great to relax in the " beer garden" area behind the room ,a great stop over to explore the Yaak and the Kootenai rivers...
