They tried to change me extra for my service dog when I informed them that was against the law. They put me in a dirty room that reeked of dog and cigarettes the beds had dips in the mattress and you hear the train whistles ALL NIGHT LONG. Then charged me for smoking in the room I DON’T smoke! Pass this one by!

This hotel doesn't look special from the outside but it was one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. The staff was professional and helpful, the rooms were CLEAN, nothing was broken, the carpet looked brand new, the bed was so comfortable and the free breakfast next morning was a real bonus. It was self serve but there was actually biscuits and gravy and I swear the sausage gravy tasted home made! All in all it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend. Oh, and I could not believe that the cost of this hotel was only $108/nt. AMAZING.

Needed a room somewhere and found the Locomotive Inn. Room was clean and everything worked. Continental Breakfast was adequate. Easy to find just off the interstate. Would stay here again if in a pinch.

Loved my stay! Places in billings were too expensive, sketchy, or full. Lucky i found this place a few minutes outside billings. An older building but clean. Hallway was a little musty the night i checked in but much fresher in the morning. Staff was super friendly, genuine, and professional at check in and check out. Big comfy room. The sheets and towels were actually soft and smelled fresh. Great night of sleep in comfy bed. Good hot water in shower. I got back on the road a little later than planned just because i was so comfy. Driving from Virgina to Washington state this was my favorite hotel stay.

Older, lower-end facility but kept VERY clean and offered a decent free breakfast. To no fault of theirs, the two adjacent train tracks supported non-stop train traffic, as in ALL NIGHT LONG. I wasn't able to sleep, period. Rumbling, whistles, blairing horns..."I hear the train a coming!" In my ignorance,I thought the name meant they'd have a railroad decorative theme. LOL! If you're accustomed to train and road traffic sounds, you're probably fine.

The establishment would have been fine but the room reeked of cigarette smoke and maybe more! When asked for a different room they brought us a spray bottle for us to deodorize it ourselves! That didn't help.

Just stayed at the Locomotive Inn this past week, July 20th. We made reservations at the Best Western in town 5 month prior to our motorcycle trip and when we arrived at 9:30 pm were told they were full. We showed them the confirmation numbers and the deposit charged to our credit card and they just could not help us. We were in need of 4 rooms for our group and were lucky enough to find them at the Locomotive Inn. Sharon was wonderful. Checked us all in and even made fresh coffee for the group. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only negative thing are the trains running through town at late hours in the evening. Woke me but my husband seemed to sleep through them.

The staff at the counter was welcoming and friendly. Our reserved room was available upon our arrival. The room was nice and clean and the air conditioning felt so good. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

when checking in, the lady behind the counter (Terry) told me I was rude when I hadn't even said anything up to that point! She also told me to stop talking to her LOL, like I said, I hadn't said a word up to that point. I stay in a lot of motels and through out the year in my travels and like I said, this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had ever dealt with. Save your money and go the Best Western, 1 block away. Also, they advertise a pool and there isn't a pool in the building

The room was large, and was clean but had no wifi! They never told me that the hotel had no wifi when I made the reservation 2 days earlier. Then the train track is very close to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was not very impressive got some coffee and a roll and hit the road.
