Tia and her staff are all about service and making you feel at home. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and eager to be of service. Has a family feel to it. Facility is very clean and located near retail stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We stayed here 1 night on our way home to Kalispell and I must say I will never stay in Billings again and pay high prices. Our room was 60.00 including tax. I must mention that I will never forget Yoli she was the receptionist at the desk. I had my 3 children with me all under the age of...

We were stopping in Laurel, MT on our way across the country in the winter and stayed at this hotel. As we tried to leave in the morning, our car wouldn't start. As soon as we told the hotel staff, one of them immediately called her husband to help us start our car. Though it didn't work, the rest of...

I needed a warm place for the night for my senior kitty and I since our heater wasn't working. The staff Madrid feel very welcome and showed caring and concern for my cat who is on chemo. The hotel is clean and fresh and smells awesome. I highly recommend the Jacuzzi room! Great jets!

This is a great location to get away from busy Billings, but close to all that you need. The staff is very nice and the rooms are comfy and affordable. The pool this time was cold and the spa not hot. The spa is getting older it appears, but is usually warmer. I stay here about 2-3 times per year...

We were traveling through the state to get home after Thanksgiving. Hotel did not give me the online price, 15 dollars more, but we were tired. So we stayed anyway. Comfortable beds, nice room. Hot tub was not really hot. Breakfast was okay but the attendant just kept asking how we were doing, did we need this or that? Another...

Best Western is the hotel of choice for us. We have stayed at many locations. This was the worst room we have stayed in. There was something under the carpet that was lumpy throughout the room. The internet was also very slow. Most BW have very nice dresser set ups where the refrigerator, microwave and TV are. This had an...

Bryce and Gail- I am so sorry we did not "WOW" and live up to your Best Western expectations. I will admit this is a dated property BUT we are working on it with multiple planned renovation projects in the near future! We hope you choose to stay with us again if you are ever out this way and get...

First time I'd stayed in a Best Western in a few years. Beds are too soft for my taste and showing their age. Bathroom was small as well. On the plus side breakfast was good and the in-room refrigerator had a separate freezer compartment. Just around the corner is an IGA grocery store so I was able to get away...
