I called greystone in advance to find out about there rates. The woman who took my call failed to tell me that they were closed due to renovations. So after reading some reviews we decided to book through a hotel booking site. When we finally got to greystone we wandered around a very old run down building and the only... More

Supernice bed & bedding....nice intentional attempt at classiness but why not finish. Hotel monogramed robe & coffee mug but my room actually had a space heater in northern Montana!!! Nice furniture, lamps... but not working.maybe lightbulbs needed replacement but couldn't call front deck cause phone was inoperative and couldn't find anyone at front deck after numerous attempts. Hotel furnished nice... More

When arriving from Yellowstone, we thought that we made a bad choice with Greystone Inn. However, the lady at the desk was very kind and when we entered to the room we changed our minds. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The only issue was that the parking lot was small and with not enough light, what made a little... More

Actually it turned into 2 nights due to bad weather on a motorcycle trip. A rather average looking outside but when we opened the door WOW! Modern, elegant, would have worked easily in NYC. Totally blown away. The lady at the desk recommended a wonderful restaurant and our unplanned extra day ended on a high note with the best lobster... More

Our room was spacious, attractive and comfortable. Great extras, a fancy coffee machine, real glasses, wood flooring makes this hotel special. I have a couple of suggestions for the management, better lighting in the bathroom for applying make up, the air conditioner is very dusty and I'm guessing the filter needs cleaning. I would have liked a couple of hooks... More

In the heart of downtown, this property has done what so many other older properties should do ... update and remodel. If you have read any of my other reviews, I want a CLEAN place to sleep. This place was CLEAN. A very affordable hotel, the outside looks a little rough, but the rooms are nice. Comfortable beds and updated... More

My husband liked this place better than I did. From the outside you don't know what to expect. The inside was very updated, but very eclectic with mixed colors and decorations. Bed linens were not cotton-like, more satiny, which I personally hate. The bathroom is small, but had the cleanest toilet I've ever seen in a hotel. It was loud,... More

My friend and I stopped here on the way to Glacier National Park. This is a very nice hotel, although it is pretty ugly on the outside. Do not let that steer you wrong though. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Yes the out may look a little scary, but not one bit of problems. They have lots of security cameras. The rooms are decorated very nice. Beds are comfortable also. Give this place a try.

If you book a room in advance, call ahead to make sure you're getting what was confirmed to you. We were put into an entirely different room than was confirmed to us due to 'water damage'. Room was remodeled however, a/c was not adjustable, unable to turn it up/down or shut it off, It just ran and ran and ran.... More
