Dear Cottonwood, Inn crew;

I have to say that your hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in in a very long time. We are originally from Wolf Point Montana and came to take part in the Wolf Point stampede this year. The room was wonderful and refreshing, the gal at the desk; I think her name is Erica; was very helpful and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant, and we’re delighted at the service, thank you, Lucas, as well as the food. Our whole experience at the Cottonwood Inn Was very pleasant.

Our room was great in the other building, nice to have access to a hot tub close to our room. We were there, with a large number of family members, for a funeral & the staff let us use the conference room to eat together the first night & also to visit together as a family & to spread out all the pictures that my husband's dad had in his room. I do have a big complaint about the handicap ramp to the sidewalk at the other building being covered by snow so we couldn't see it. I ended up parking in front of the ramp, within the area designated for handicap parking. Also, there was ice on the slanted walk to the door & the sand wasn't doing any good to keep us from slipping, especially with a wheelchair to push up to the door. I had to go over to the office twice to notify them of these 2 problems. Handicap access areas should be first on the list to be well maintained, ie snow shoveled away from the ramp, ice melt put on icy areas (not sand). Don't wait for your guests to ask for snow to be cleared & ice melt to be put on the sidewalk! This is the only reason I give this a 4 instead of a 5 rating.

We were in Glasgow to put my Mom to rest. We had other family staying here as well including using 2 of the RV spaces.

The rooms and grounds were tidy, clean and comfortable. Rooms were updated recently and well maintained.

All staff, from front desk, lounge, restaurant, housekeeping and management were professional, kind, attentive and compassionate...including catering.

My family has used this facility in the past, several times and they have always been consistent.

To be a spot where you and your family could gather together to honor your mom means a lot -- we're very sorry for your loss. That said, it's nice knowing that our clean, comfy rooms and friendly staff made your stay during this time a pleasant one. Hope you're doing well, and if we can be available to you for any future gatherings, we'd gladly welcome you back. Take care, The Cottonwood Team

The room was fairly clean with an older bathroom which was very clean. The bed was soft enough for me and I like a soft bed. The big problem was the noise of the heating/air conditioning unit. Every time it came on it revved up like an airplane and woke me up though I was wearing earplugs and put a pillow over my head. Since it was cold out this happened many times throughout the night. Simply not a good night’s sleep and quite miserable.
The staff was very nice and the price was reasonable but really all I wanted was a good sleep and I didn’t get that.

Great place to stay while in Glasgow. Always nice, quiet and clean. Staff is always helpful and friendly. We have a pet and had a pet room and there was not anything diferent from the non pet rooms what ever they clean with works, no pet odors from past pet guests. Rooms and beds are always comfortable and make your stay enjoyable.

The heaters are really loud. You could hear the heaters in the rooms around you. When they sent my confirmation # by email I noticed they had me for 2 nights instead of 1. The rooms are nice. The food in the restaurant is just ok.

Even though you seemed to enjoy the room you stayed in overall, we apologize if the sound of our heaters disturbed you and for the miscommunication about your reservation. Thank you for your feedback here -- we'll absolutely keep it in mind for the future. If you're passing through Glasgow again, we'd love another chance to do better. Sincerely, The Cottonwood Team

This would have been a 5 but for the restaurant. Firstly, hotel exceptionally clean, comfortable mattress and great staff. We stay here with our bird dog every year for annual,pheasant hunt.
Breakfasts were good with lots of variety and prepared to,order. Two issues- with the virus, staff were masked, EXCEPT for one lady who wore it around her neck- how unsafe and discourteous to we guests!
Secondly, we only had supper Sunday, and looked forward to,the walleye. Must have been a substitute chef. Baked potato was Luke warm and both our walleyes were half cooked. Gave up on them and ordered the Hamburg steak. It was overcooked, dry and hard to cut! No pies either for dessert, just ice cream. Passed on supper and went back,hungry. The bright spot was our waiter, who handled the situation very graciously

Brian, so glad we could be a place for you to rest during your annual pheasant hunt! Glad our friendly service and comfy, clean rooms impressed. However, we do want to assure you that your health is a priority for all our staff, and we require them all to follow our strict guidelines. As for our food, we do apologize if the food didn't quite measure up either -- your feedback on both this and our safety guidelines is valuable, so we'll absolutely be addressing it with the entire team. With all that said, we look forward to welcoming you back again next year! Sincerely, The Cottonwood Team

Their rates run around $99 to $140 a night depending on a regular room or a suite. They have a few rooms with 3 beds that go up to the $140 range. I highly recommend this hotel for Glasgow in comparison to the others in town. Thanks, Nick
