The beds are comfortable. I love that each room as a refrigerator and microwave. It's very close to Yellowstone. The deer and elk in the parking lot are added bonuses. I typically bring my dog - dog friendly hotel.

We had been on a bus all day sightseeing, and the motel was a good stay. Comfortable beds and a nice hot shower filled the bill. The room was basic, but had a TV. Gardiner is a small town, maybe 1,000 people. I has wild animals walking in the town. We saw Bison, elk and deer Close by to a...

We were in the 400's # room area and the view from it of the Yellowstone River is stunning. Snow covers the land and at dusk the view "demanded" a photo. Others in our group in nearby rooms said the same thing. Rooms were spacious and warm with normal toiletries. On our bed was a creature made from towels. Cute....

I stayed here as part of a National Geographic trip. The room was clean and adequate, but the walls are super thin, bed uncomfortable and it sounded like an elephant was staying in the room above me (likely, it was just another guest walking normally). The view from my room was beautiful, and the breakfasts were simple but delicious, especially...

A group of us had a long and wonderful day of snowmobiling from West Yellowstone and out the north entrance where this hotel was located. The hotel was prepared for our stay and our rooms and key cards were already assigned to us. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean and...

In planning our winter trip to visit Yellowstone NP, we looked at several hotels in Gardiner, MT, at the north entrance to the park. We intended to stay three nights and explore the accessible northern portion of the park, prior to taking the snow shuttle to the Old Faithful Snow Lodge two hours away. Since we're Best Western Rewards Members,...

Adequate, adequate location, quality, and decor. Bed could be upgraded to something like a pillow top but I did sleep. View was good, wildlife was just outside the door. Breakfast buffet was above average.

Even though it's the only hotel open in the winter, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant surprisingly good! Our room overlooked the river--nice sound during the night. They handled a large tour group at the same time we were checking in--good job!

This hotel is ok as far as accommodations are concerned...nothing special but nice location above the Gardiner River with views in all directions. But the co-located restaurant was the worst we experienced during a week in the Yellowstone area over the Christmas holiday. Entrance through either through a tacky gift shop or a bar casino, to get to some really...
