Spent 3 days at the Yellowstone Basin Inn while exploring Yellowstone National Park with the family. The accommodations were very inviting; comfortable beds, kitchenette, and a rustic rocking chair to enjoy after a long day of exploring the park. The wifi and air conditioning both worked well. Breakfast each day consisted of home cooked items such as muffins, eggs, and... More

We loved our stay here. Very clean and comfortable – the bed in particular (we wanted to take it home with us but it was too big to fit in the cases). Great views from our room and it was quiet too so we got a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was something special here – not your average hotel/B&B hot/cold... More

Excellent bed and breakfast. Staff very courteous, Gregg the inn keeper extremely knowledgeable about Yellowstone park, very easy to talk to, very helpful best place I have stayed and I have travelled quite a bit, especially to the national parks. Absolutely a delight staying there.

My husband and I are from Texas. We flew into Denver, rented a car and took a round-trip road trip to South Dakota, Wyoming and back to Denver. What a wonderful experience seeing our national parks, forests and monuments. We drove through Yellowstone from the East Entrance and exited the North Entrance which is right outside Gardiner MT where we... More

Greg is a very caring manager who goes out of his way to help logders. Very well-maintained accommodations, amazing breakfast. There is also provisions to purchase lunch to go, which I highly recommend since it is hard to find good food in yellowstone. The accommodations is outside Gardiner, about 7 min along highway 89 from the north entrance. However, this... More

We spent 2 nights in Gardiner during our visit in Yellowstone. The innkeeper, Greg, and his staff made our life so easy. My teenagers learnt how to use a lasso. We got a lot of information for our visit to Yellowstone. The room was very comfortable for 4 people, very clean. The breakfast was made with local farmer products, only... More

Our stay at the Yellowstone Basin Inn was very relaxing. My husband and I stayed 3 nights which allowed us to explore the northern sections of Yellowstone. Our room was very comfortable and had a small kitchenette. We didn't cook but enjoyed having the fridge. Highlights included sitting on the porch in the evenings and watching the herd of elk... Chose the YBI based on Trip Advisor ratings, which did not let us down. The innkeeper (Greg) and staff were super friendly. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfasts were wonderful. Evening restaurant recommendations were excellent. And the best part was the trip planning provided by Greg. He mapped out each of our 3 days in the... More

Also, there is plenty of food so portions are not a problem Greg's knowledge of Yellowstone and the surrounding areas is... More
