We were expecting a two bed room, and to our surprise found a virtual apartment, with two rooms, a dining table, and small kitchen with a proper fridge and cooking appliances. There was also a nice outdoor table, and BBQ facilities. The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, which showed they actually understand the travails of travellers, including extra chairs in the closet, swimming towels, lots of flat storage, and multi-point recharge for regular and USB. I would definitely stay here again if back at Yellowstone.
We stayed in the 1 bedroom With a queen bed in the living room. Very clean. Used the Grill and picnic table. In an awesome spot. Very close to the north entrance to Yellowstone. Make sure you walk through the town to the entrance. We saw a bison walking in the street and a ton of elk. So awesome And we aren’t in the park yet.
They were booked up and only had a 2-bedroom left and I took it and am so glad that I did. The suite was crazy clean and very pet friendly. I was able to walk my dog right in front of my door. And it's very convenient to food, etc. in Gardiner (walking distance) and close to the north entrance of Yellowstone (maybe a 5-minute drive). I'd definitely stay here again.
Family of 6 just stayed here for our 2 day visit to Yellowstone. It was INCREDIBLY conveniently located just a couple of minutes from the north gate. Friendly, hard working staff that seemed eager to accommodate. Unit didn't blow our socks off but it was nice, clean, comfortable and had a great view. We would stay here again.
We have just finished a three night stay here at the Yellowstone Gateway Inn. We booked somewhat last minute when a trip to Glacier was cancelled. Our tour guide, MacNeil of Yellowstone Insights, recommended staying here. His suggestion was GREAT! When we arrived we were told we were upgraded from the Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite to their home just across the street. WOW! The two bedroom house had two bathrooms, a full kitchen where everything was brand new, a dining room, living room with two full couches and a brand spanking new outdoor grill. We were the first ones to use it! The home was spotless and extremely quiet. Additionally, the home was equipped with much more than I would have expected. Complete coffee service (10-cup pot with coffee, filters, sugar and…
