We stayed at a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. The cabin is pricey - 140$ per night - but considering the Yellowstone area that's pretty average. Mammoth hotel was sold out so this town is only 4 miles from the northern entrance and a good alternative. The cabin looked very new and had private bathroom and shower, microwave and kitchenette... It is a great RV park and they have a few cabins to rent to folks like us that used to RV full time and miss the lifestyle. It has beautiful views, is barely outside Yellowstone and prices are reasonable for the area. My only negative comment would be the wi-fi. It isn't great. Tolerable in parts of the park,... More

Had a nice stay at this Campground. Their signs are a little off putting. The dog park is monitored by camera and if you don't pick up after your pet you will be asked to leave with no refund. If you do your laundry after 8 pm the price goes up because they want to close up the laundry area.... More

We are staying here three nights while doing wildlife watching in Yellowstone, particularly wolves. On a bluff overlooking the Yellowstone River, this park has RV sites and cabins. The staff are friendly, though the prices are not inexpensive. On can camp at the NPS Mammoth Campground just inside the park if you are on a budget. The little patches of... More

I stayed here with my kids Aug 15-19th 2016, site 80. I have to say I was a VERY apprehensive after reading some of the bad reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised! This is a very nice place to stay while enjoying Yellowstone. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was greeted the moment I arrived and they showed... More

This is in a great location for visiting Gardiner and it's right at the north entrance to Yellowstone. But the sites are really close together, and they charge a "kid tax". Kid tax is what we fulltime RV'ing families call it when an RV park charges extra for kids. Hotels do not charge extra for our kids to be in... More

We stayed in the little cabins on the bluff. We were pleasantly surprised! The cabins were very nice. They were clean and very up to date. The cabins had their own bathroom and shower. I think we all wished we were staying there longer. Town is an easy walk. The campground is conveniently located right outside the entrance to Yellowstone.... More

This is an outstanding place to stay just 1 mile north of yellowstone. For some of the great points of this RV park; the bath houses are amazing with granite shower stalls, the place is entirely manicured and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! It is literally 2 minute drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone!... More

Roads and site pads are gravel, but all sites have grass, and most have trees. Views of the mountains all around. A fenced dog walk area. A well stocked store, with Yellowstone clothing and souvenirs. Good cable and WiFi.

We really enjoyed this campground. Grassy areas between sites. Ample space between campers. Good quality WiFi in our sites. The night security guard Peter was friendly and helpful. Great views of Yellowstone. Handicap bathroom easy to maneuver, but down a steep gravel drive and just needs a different shower head to make bathing easier. Good value for the price and... More
