Talk about the most beautiful ranch, most kind people, friendly horses, and most comfortable cabins. Look no further if you are looking for an amazing experience with horseback riding or just exploring the country areas of MT. Diana is hands down one of the BEST cooks I have ever encountered. You are fed the most delicious meals. Bill and John are some of the best tour guides and truly made my cattle drive experience like no other. Dusty, Indy, and Vickie were amazing, too!!!

We just completed the 5 day fall ride. The hospitality and views were equally outstanding. We instantly felt like family. Small group riding made it very enjoyable and you can’t go wrong riding in this area ! Thanks to Bill, Diana, Dusty, Indiana, and Vicky for making this a vacation to remember ❤️

If you are looking for quite the horse adventure - this is your place. Five full days of riding in gorgeous country. I was not disappointed. Bear Creek takes you on rides where most riders can't get to but they can. Great stories regarding those historical trails. So much to see - so much to learn - so much beauty to take in. There's fly fishing but that's not me - but it's there. Diesel and Dixie are there to greet you with big paw hugs - every ranch needs dogs and their dogs love the people that come to visit. Well, I guess I've said plenty about the horses, rides, and dogs but Bill, Diane, Dusty, Indy and John make it a very special place - they welcome you with open arms, inviting you in, and always making you feel right at home. Go enjoy - I did.

Bill, Diana, Dusty and Indi made us feel just like part of the family during our Honeymoon! Definitely the best food, best hospitality and most authentic western experience in the Rocky Mountains! Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a true Montana experience!

Bear Creek Ranch returns the traveler from the faux West that has sprung up around Glacier National Park to the real Montana. Nestled between Glacier and the Flathead National Forest, Bear Creek offers simple, comfortable cabins set in the gorgeous Bear Creek Valley. Guests are free to wander the property, look at the horses, fish in the creek, and relax in the Main Lodge, playing pool, perusing their extensive library, or visiting with the family that operates the ranch (and their two dogs, Diesel and Dixie). The ranch is quiet and peaceful, a refuge from the intensity of modern life. Bill, Diane, Dusty, and Indy are excellent hosts. Our trip was more like visiting interesting family than staying at a hotel. Diane and Indy cooked a fabulous breakfast each morning that exceeded the quality of any of the nearby restaurants. And our horseback riding adventure with Bill and John took us deep into parts of the high prairie east of Glacier that no other travelers ever get to see. Although only our daughter is a seasoned equestrian, Bill and John were able to help the rest of us have an excellent ride, including forwarding a river several times and seeing two grizzly bears. For those looking for a taste of the real West, you cannot do better than Bear Creek Guest Ranch. We plan to return and stay again, hopefully soon. Until then, we will be jealous of all of you who get to visit.…

My friend and I had the most amazing time at the Bear Creek Ranch. The cabins are quaint and clean; very rustic. The entire ranch is set against a backdrop of the beautiful mountains and everywhere you look there are wildflowers blooming. The horses are all healthy and gorgeous; most well-trained to accommodate someone with little or no riding experience. We went on a cattle drive which was epic!! It was so fun and the scenery was unbelievable! Fly fishing highly recommended as well! The hosts: Bill, Diana, Dusty and Indi, were so helpful and kind; always available to answer questions or lend you a pair of boots! The breakfasts were yummy and Diana always considered my vegetarianism to ensure that I had a great breakfast too. There are two adorable dogs, Dixie and Diesel, to liven things up a bit more. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was! I will be visiting again. Highly recommended!!!…

I highly recommend visiting this Ranch. Bill and his family were super accommodating to our group. The food was amazing thank you to Diana and Indy for the excellent spread. Bill, Dusty and John were a pleasure to ride with. Avando was a blast to ride for the week. I told Dusty that Avando wanted to move to NY. Lol! Thank you for awesome vacation!

We stayed 1 night at Bear Creek Ranch and we’re welcomed by Dusty, Indy, Bill, Diana, Dixie and Diesel🐶. They showed us how to call horses back to the barn. My seven year old was so happy to experience it. What a treat!! Very short stay and wish we could have stayed longer… but definitely will be back. Very nice host and truly welcoming. Thanks for the unforgettable experience. Go visit!!

Our family trip to Glacier National Park had to include some horseback riding. Since most of us have experience riding horses, we opted to find something more than a nose to tail trail ride. What an amazing ride through spectacular scenery. Bill and his family are the best hosts and John was a great guide on the trail. Our only regret is that we stayed at a house rental in Columbia Falls and not in one of their cabins. Next time we plan to stay at the guest ranch!
