The amazing Hubbard Ranch is family owned.. Jim is 85 and the Patriarch, he's always around at happy hour, and great stories. Nancy, Jim’s Daughter runs the daily biz. She gave me great suggestions since drove as to where to stay on our way there. She was also so flexible when we had to change dates and great when we had to leave a day early due to a personal issue. And her son Blaze was picking up the reigns when she was out and also very helpful. Sara, Jim’s other Daughter, I thought went to culinary school. The food was all so delicious and all home made. I ate waffles just for her syrup. The staff was great and so many young people with such positive, friendly attitudes. Ben, the bartender took my kids(15 &18) skeet shooting and they had a great time. Everyone is so polite and always has a smile, and between the ages of 17-27. I hope my kids work there 1 summer! And the horse riding, why we were there. Wray, our Wrangler was great! I loved my horse and Wray was great at teaching us how to herd cattle. We did 2 rides a day and they were all different, never boring, scenic and fun! I wanted to do the all day ride but, my kids were too sore..teenagers. They have an amazing Orvis guided fly fishing program also, but we were there to ride! Our rooms were great and the most comfortable beds! And the view of the lake was spectacular. They have a newer building also. I can’t say enough..cozy, intimate, clean, beautiful, meets all expectations and more! We will be back Hubbards!

This place is the absolute best ever! Beautiful rooms, amazing food, even better people. They make you feel like you are at home. Nate and Ben were there if you had any questions and Nancy was incredible! Horseback riding with Mike was the best and we can not wait to come back!

I have so many great things to say about Hubbard's I'm not sure were to start! This family run business has some of the best customer service I have ever received. Nancy was great from the moment we started emailing her throughout our entire stay. She and her staff accommodated everything we needed and at times some of those needs weren't the easiest. The food was PHENOMENAL, seriously the best steaks I have ever had! The staff does cooking absolutely everything and the service is fantastic. We had two massage's while we were there since I had hurt my lower back a week prior. Mary the massage therapist was so great I am leaving a 4 day horseback riding vacation in less pain then when I started! Her additional training in medical massage really helped me out. We came to Hubbard's to horseback ride; and that is all we did the entire time we were there. As someone who has owned and been around horses her entire life I have seen a lot when it comes to the training and care of horses used for trail riding. Wray takes such great care of these horses; you can see in the way they act and how they look that they are well take care of. And the training....easily some of the best trained horses I have ever had the pleasure of riding! He truly care about the horses and about the experience of the rider. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing trip, with lots of options you have found the place!

We brought our family together for a joint vacation and Hubbard's was able to arrange for everyone to have a fantastic time. We had fisher people, hikers, a child, nature lovers, adventurers...all were delighted by the vacation. Our guide was equally adept at guiding through the sights at Yellowstone as putting us on fish. All the staff was gracious and incredibly helpful at every step. White water rafting was a blast. The food was delicious and served in a way that made you feel like family. And the view...there's just not words to describe it, but calling it Paradise Valley is a good start...
