Molly and her daughter greated us at check in and we were shown to our cabin which was small and cute, clean bedroom with a really old fashioned heater that was quite unique and did just the job. we went over to the restaurant for our dinner, it was very busy and seemed like a few locals use it. which...

Very homey, family run cabins, with hot breakfast included. More like visiting family than staying out of town. Traveling through, I am always on the look out for small mom and pop type places. Bison Creek Ranch far exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean and cozy. Their restaurant is open from 5 to 9. I was totally...

We loved Bison Creek ranch when we stayed two nights while visting Glacier. Food was amazing and was actually quite reasonable for location. ($8-25 for a meal, but other places in East glacier were worse). The owner and restaurant staff was kind enough to let me use the wifi in the restaurant until closing for my online class i was...

My wife booked this place as a cheaper alternative to East Glacier Lodge and close to the Two Medicine entrance to Glacier National Park. When we first rolled up and got into our cabin (we had an A frame) I was wondering what we got into... Don't panic, this place is amazing! Our A frame was really dated and a...

First of all, you have to understand that I'm a city girl so this was a totally new experience for me, but I fell in love with this place the minute I got here and this was exactly how we wanted to spend our 4 days at Glacier National Park. If you want a Hilton then don't stay here, remember...

We've stayed here twice. This place has been in the same family since the 50's. Though dated (in a good way) everything is neat and clean in the rooms. It has a down home feel, a beautiful view, and a very friendly family to take care of you. They make you a hearty breakfast each morning, definitely not like those...

We found this place online for a family trip (two parents, two adult kids) to Montana for hiking and rafting. Alas, we were unable to book it for our whole seven nights, so only had the delight of staying there three nights. It was FABULOUS! A-frame definitely rustic (don't come looking for luxury) but squeaky clean, super-comfortable beds, plenty of...

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights at Bison Creek and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are very basic, with no TV or phone, but they were clean. The rooms did have a small refrigerator in them which was nice for storing drinks. The stay includes a breakfast every morning and we ate dinner at the restaurant there...

We love the Schaufs! The remodeled railroad worker cabin was clean and spacious. Breakfast was different everyday and Aaron is a great cook. We also enjoyed dinner twice at the restaurant..delish! They had a bonfire and fireworks for the fourth of July and we were welcomed with open arms to join the festivities. We loved it here and strongly recommend...

“We were very happy with the large cabin which had 2 queens and mini-fridge. Smaller rooms only have 1 bed and no fridge. The one bedroom cabin has small kitchen. There are 3 A-frames with 1 bedroom and with very steep stairs to loft which has 2 twin beds. The A-frames have kitchens. We were there to hike, not cook. And Aaron and Molly serve generous, delicious portions.”
