I booked a room in May(2 months ahead of time)as part of a cross country trip. I had a confirmed reservation for an inn room but when I got there they said none was available. They said they gave us an "upgraded " room . Thus was in a condo far from the inn. It didn't have the same amenities. They didn't give me a good explanation why this happened. I told them giving me a room I didn't like was no compensation. I said maybe a voucher towards breakfast or a meal would be preferred. The manager was supposed to get back to me but never did.
Wow this hotel is FABULOUS! The hotel is situated on a golf course and surrounded by millionaire houses, it has x 2 pools ( one family and one adults only) plus a spa and fitness room ( although didn’t try!) although limited the meals were top quality ( although not sure why there was no breakfast on a Monday/Tuesday) and the evening meals did finish early but all delicious. The staff were super friendly the room spacious and well equipped and the views were OUTSTANDING!! The hotel is an easy drive to Glacier park ( about 30 minutes and really only one road). Would definitely recommend and will be back!!
We didn't have a working TV in our room. When I asked for assistance we got maintenance in our room to try and fix it. The problem was with the cable box. We were told the cable company would be called and we had a maintenance tag on our door the next day with no results. When I went to the front desk to ask about it I was told the cable company is guaranteed by tomorrow. Three days without a TV. The front desk person wasn't the friendliest and hid behind her computer to whisper something to the other girl when I came back to ask another question. I was referred to as the room number and not as a guest. Just rude. The internet gets disconnected often. Every night after 9pm the internet doesn't work at all. There is no cell phone service. The room we got was on the bottom floor which is the basement. We couldn't open our curtains much because people were golfing right out the window. The air conditioner thermostat is super old so to keep a consistent temperature in the room is hard. It's either too cold or too hot. The lighting in the room is really poor. No overhead light just a couple of lamps. The curtains are not blackout, so our 4am alarm came fast with a bright room until almost 10pm. in addition the walls and ceiling are so thin I could hear people talking. The people upstairs had kids running and stomping around and they literally were walking back and forth all night and kept us awake. We went to get breakfast from the grill and was very disappointed. It was supposed to be an egg sandwich. The bread was not even close to toasted, no butter or anything on the bread, the egg was cold, and the bacon was chewy as if it was cooked hours ago. The coffee tasted watery and had coffee bits in it. All of that was $34. What a waste. What was nice was the adult only hot tub, sauna, and steam room. You have to drive across the entire campus to get there which is not convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I really liked the shower with all the spouts as well. I could go on, but if you read this far you deserve to hear there are other better resorts out there to spend your money at.…
Everything was exceptional at this resort!! This is our 3rd time staying here, and if we go back it's where we will be staying again. So much to do if you're interested!! From their own private lake with free paddleboards, paddle boats, lounge chairs, grills, picnic tables, even life jackets!
Rooms are nice and big and clean. Beds are comfortable. Property is beautiful. Nice walking paths, beautiful golf course. Front desk people could use a little more training on customer service. Rude when checking in, like they were bothered to do their job. The rest of the resort was very friendly and nice.
We loved staying here with friends and will return for sure. We’re travelling from Arizona and enjoyed the weather and the lush green surroundings. It’s a perfect location if planning a visit to Glacier National park. Close proximity to everything.
I went to Montana solo. Meadow Lake Resort was right in the middle of everything I wanted to see. Everyone at the Resort was helpful, kind, fun! Loved talking with everyone! Food and service in the restaurant was wonderful! The drinks from the bar were great! My stay here was the best! Really excited to return!
Huge 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen and living room right on the golf course. Upgraded and included all the comforts of home. Short drive to the west entrance of GNP. Will definitely stay here again while visiting Glacier National Park.
Acceptable location about 25 minutes from Glacier National Park. Poor signage at entry seemed more concerned about where not drive rather than where you needed to drive to check in. Staff was nice. Room was in main building (not the singular-type condo buildings scattered around the resort) and had adequate space and a sitting porch with nice view of golf course . Bathroom was good, but here was no safety bar to get in/out of tub. Clean, well maintained. There was a microwave & fridge. WiFi was painfully slow. Decent if pricey stay.
We very much enjoyed the Meadow Lake facility and the area that it is in. The town is quite nice and friendly as well with good restaurants and coffee stops. And, the proximity to Glacier Park is a large bonus.
