Owners fantastic! Would give a 5 but the hot water "on demand" heater was a challenge for showers! We 4 adults improvised, though! Immaculately clean and everything we needed in the kitchen was there! Awesome beds and linens! We all LOVED the beds. Quick trip to Columbia Falls and close to Big Fork. 8 miles to Glacier Park. We enjoyed 10 days in this beautiful winter wonderland. The Alpine House is comfortable and luxurious. The master bedroom, bath, library, and formal living room are beautiful. Comfortable and fun. We stayed in the Cottage and loved the little sleeping nook in the loft for our 3 year old twins. They thought it a great adventure to snuggle down inside.The house had everything and more and is perfectly located near Glacier Park. A family gathering of 18 - eight adults and 10 kids ages 5-17. We simply LOVED the west side of Glacier National Park! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were perfect for our family reunion. With the multiple kitchens, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and many bedrooms for sleeping.. we did not trip over one another. It was truly enjoyable to have everyone at one location. We had such an amazing stay at Mountain Cleft. It was some dirt roads to get to, and as you are driving, you are thinking, WHERE am I going, but it is WELL worth navigating your way through some beautiful country to find. 6 of us stayed in the Chalet. Great, roomy place. Convenient to the park. Unfortunately, the water smells of sulfuric acid, and you smell it when you turn on the tap, shower, drink it, or wash your clothes. We decided to visit Glacier National Park for our anniversary 2 weeks before leaving. Everything in the park was booked when I initially checked so I emailed several owners on VRBO.
