Basic amenities. Good price. Nice people running the place. Clean, attractive, comfortable bed, hot shower, free breakfast (oatmeal, toast, cereal, Nutella, rice and regular milk, fruit) We were dismayed by the bad reviews and found it really solid. Would stay here again.

I couldn't be more delighted that we exceeded your expectations with our warm, welcoming service and comfortable amenities! When you're surrounded by the majesty of Glacier, it's hard not to have an amazing time, as long as you have a hot shower and a warm bed to come home to. If you're ever back our way, we'd love to see you here again. All the best, Noel Stewart, General Manager

I booked a stay through Expedia for a hotel in Browning , Mt called Little HiltInns . It was supposed to be pay when you arrive and cancel up to a certain date with put any fees. The same day my credit card was billed for the full amount but under the name of Going to the Sun Inn and Suites and no explanation could be given by Expedia as no where did it link the two hotels together. Our plans for the trip ended up changing and we canceled the reservation at Little HiltInns with in the allowed time as stated on Expedia. After many calls and hours on the phone to Expedia, Little Hiltinns and Going to the Sun Inn and Suites; it was explained to me that the Little Hiltinns was being taken over by Going to the Sun Inn. Going to the Sun's cancelation policy is 60 days before

I'm very sorry for the confusion surrounding our acquisition of Little Hiltinns and any lack of communication regarding your refund. To avoid misunderstandings such as this, we always recommend booking directly through us rather than through a third party such as Expedia. If you'd like to speak about this offline in further detail, feel free to call me at (406) 338-7572. All the best, Noel Stewart, General Manager

First of all, be aware that this Inn is also called the Little Hiltinn which can be found at the very bottom on the sign but you need to be looking for it. It was a total accident that I saw it and I had read the reviews before going so I knew to look for a different hotel. I would never have booked this hotel due to the reviews but it was the only place available and because of the demand the prices are extremely high. That said, I would have preferred to sleep in my car at a campground in Glacier National Park. The entire place needs to be updated, especially the carpet. The floor in the bathroom was bubbled to the point that is we had been on an upper floor I would have been afraid of falling through the floor. The satellite box was perched on a shelf that was screwed to

Amy, as one of the more economical options in the Glacier area, our amenities are on the rustic side, and we understand that this isn't for everyone. We do, however, work hard to ensure that our rooms are always clean and comfortable for our guests, so if we missed the mark this time, I sincerely apologize. I'll be sure to look into the bathroom floor situation to see what we can do improve it. As for Browning itself, we're quite proud of the local culture here. There are plenty of wonderful art galleries, museums, and restaurants if casinos aren't your thing. Once again, I'm very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, but if you'd like to visit us again, we'd love the opportunity to show you a better time. Please call me to receive a faxed receipt to your job. 4064501141 All the best, Noel Stewart, General Manager

We booked a night at "Little Hiltinns" through Expedia. There was no hotel called Little Hiltinns, I guess they changed it to going to the sun inn. When I went to check in the very uninterested receptionists told me she couldn't find any reservation for me. I explained how I booked under the other hotel name, but she just said "yeah I don't see it", and turned her tv back on while I was standing there. I called Expedia and canceled the booking and was told that the hotel is the one who charges the credit card, so if they don't have a reservation, I shouldn't get charged. Two days later my credit card gets charged by the going to the sun hotel. I've been trying to work with Expedia to get a refund, but they say because of the hotels cancelation policy they won't refund me.

Unfortunately, once we realized that this was the "Bates Motel" as in the movie "Psycho", we were locked in. Three friends, my wife and I had prepaid for 3 rooms for 3 nights, and couldn't leave. Missing towels, toilet paper, hairdryers, drinking cups, ice machine, etc. But, far worse than anything else, was the extremely bad attitude of the desk clerk!! And, these rooms were not cheap.....$160+ per night. Sleep in your car if you have to, but don't spend your money here.

I apologize if our service was not up to our usual standards when you stayed with us, as we aim to treat every guest like family. That said, we believe our rates are quite competitive considering our proximity to Glacier National Park. If you're ever back our way, we'd love the chance to show you an amazing time. This hotel is ideally situated for visiting the eastern side of Glacier National Park. There are only two hotels in this town, which limits your choice markedly. We stayed for four nights and the room was cleaned once. We had to ask for a roll of toilet paper and had to take our used towels to front office and await clean ones which were in the drier. This was done late in the afternoon. Maintenance was needed in the room. We had a hinge that holds toilet seat on bowl missing and a part of the tap handle kept falling off. Rooms needed brightening up. It was quiet at night. Don't expect the usual motel breakfast. The spoons ran out as did the milk and bread. But as I said before the nights were quiet. When we booked these days we found out that there is a 60 day cancellation

I'm so glad you enjoyed East Glacier, Carmen, although it sounds like you didn't experience the top-notch service we aim to provide. Our guests are like family to us, so it's disappointing to hear that our hospitality was not at its best when you visited. If you're ever back out our way, I hope you'll keep us in mind so we can show you the five-star experience we're capable of. All the best, Noel Stewart, General Manager

A pleasant place to stay with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was quite helpful as well. Continental breakfast could have been a bit more robust since there are very few places to eat in Browning.

I stayed in early June 2018 with my father to run a half marathon in Glacier National Park. I booked the room 2 MONTHS in advance with FULL payment! We arrived and immediately there was a problem they had with my reservation. They said that the booking company I booked through they no longer do buiness with, and informed me they didn't have a room for my father and I. I was completely shocked, and angry at the problem. The strange part is they knew of my reservation, and didn't bother to inform me ahead of time that there was a problem. I told them that I paid in full, and if they do not let me have the room I already paid for I will have no problem calling the owner and the law. They quickly backtracked, and gave my father and I a room we had booked for a week! They also

Beautiful flowers! So colorful & cheerful! The hotel staff is definitely a 5 star rating & they do a great job providing clean rooms! This is definitely an older hotel but the beds are very comfortable. The managers went out of their way to make us comfortable & welcome! My one suggestion to the owners would be to make all the rooms as decorated & up to date as room #7! Next time I hope to stay in that room!

Made a reservation in March for a group of six, three rooms for $190 each payable in advance and non-refundable. When I received the confirmation, I was charged $207 for one of the rooms. I sent a number of emails to Bill Stewart in reservations but this man refused to reply. When we arrived, I spoke with the check-in clerk and asked to speak with the Manager. I was told he would be back later and she would have him contact me. He never did. The room was barely adequate. No tissue or spare toweling. One shampoo, one small bar of soap and one garbage bin. The other rooms were similarly sparse. The TV did not work in one room although ours was working. The breakfast provided was pathetic with only seating available for six persons. This hotel would have been over-priced at $80.
