A place to stay after visiting Yellowstone. The staff was friendly, and the beds comfortable. There was a frig., microwave, hair dryer, and Keirig coffeemaker in the room. There is a restaurant for meals. My only complaint was low water pressure from the shower head only(maybe it was clogged with lime deposits).

The was not an elevator, refrigerator or microwave in room☹️. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Comfort of room fair. Bathroom was very small and not well planned as the door hit the shower. Lots of noise in the halls and head board loose. It is conveniently located to restaurants and freeways.

Stayed here for 2 nights and have no complaints other than the price which is expensive but welcome to Bozeman, the gateway to Yellowstone. The hotel has a nice mountain themed lobby with an attached restaurant and bar. We were treated promptly and professionally and given a double room on the first floor. This hotel has 2 floors and 177... More

Stayed for an education conference. All the people were very nice. Staff at front counter always made us feel so welcome. They brought a fridge to the room when we asked which was very nice. Pretty quiet at night also.

If I only rated on customer service this would be an excellent hotel because of the staff that I dealt with. The property itself appears to be a bit dated. I thought I was back in the 90's. Dark hallways and worn carpet. The lock to our room needed replacement. I had to go back to the front desk a... More

I've been traveling over the course of a month from east to west coast and this was the worst holiday in Ive ever stayed in. We got to the room and my daughter discovered and old opened packet of garlic sauce on the floor under the bed. We went to plug in a charger and behind the nightstand was chips... More

I had a very bad Air BB experience with Carman in Emigrant Montana. Customer service found a room in Bozeman and sent me there. I arrived late and Jo at the front desk was just great. She was cheerful and thoughtful of my dog.

Was traveling through and needed a place that accepted pets. Room was ok, carpet was sticky and dirty, halls were dingy. My main problem was the price, $250 for one night and they put us on the second floor, seemed silly when we had a dog with us. Common sense tells me that people with pets should have ground floor... This Holiday Inn needs a complete remodel! The photo they use for marketing purposes makes it appear like a newer hotel, but it's not. The rooms are very outdated. There is no breakfast, which you would expect for $260.00 a night (July 2016). The hotel doesn't even have an elevator, which means you carry your suitcase up the emergency exit... More

Stayed here for two nights. $210 per night! Luckily my boss was paying for the room and not me or I would of stayed else where. Expected a free breakfast or atleast a coupon for the restraunt but was told there is no coupon for guests. For $210 a night they should atleast offer 20% off or a free basic... More
