Great hotel. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable for both of us. It also was very quiet and the place seemed to be very full. Means a lot when you are trying to sleep after long travel. They also have fresh warm cookies in the evening. Nice touch!! The staff was friendly as well. Breakfast was good as well, not just cold danish. Convenient for our trave purposes going to Yellowstone.
The hotel has a cozy feel to it. Nice staff. Clean. Comfortable bed. An interstate and frontage road runs in front of it (like many hotels) but you can't hear it. Good breakfast and plenty of it. Good price. I would stay here again.
Minutes from downtown Bozeman, this Lodge is a modern, wonderfully maintained hotel. Rachel at the front desk was very cordial and patient in getting my spouse up the stairs and settled. The king room was enormous! The whirlpool tub was huge as well, very soothing and quiet. Though the interstate was adjacent, the soundproofing was more than adequate. Even the doors close quietly --not the kind that slam as in every other hotel. Breakfast is satisfying (yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cold cereal, variety of breads to toast, o.j., apple juice, etc) with plenty of seating. There's no elevator, but it's not a detraction. The pool and hot tub area was neat and clean (towels were quickly removed by staff-- a nice appearance). The lobby was exceptional in décor, quietness, and comfy high-end leather chairs and sofas, with coffee/tea/ice water handy. The afternoon hot-from-the-oven cookies were a like-home surprise!…
We were in Montana to visit family and had camped for the first 2 nights but with the weather changing we decided to get a hotel our last night. We are so glad we found this one. The room was clean, had plenty of soap and towels provided in room. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast didnt have alot of options but was decent. We will definitely stay again when we visit Bozeman.
Arrived super late due to flight delays ( after midnight) . This hotel does not have an elevator and when the person at the front desk saw my husbands walking boot, she immediately moved us to a spacious room on the first floor and offered to help with luggage. On site parking, breakfast in the morning…. However Covid dictated a grab and go selection. The room was clean and very comfortable! Great stay! Would definitely stay again!
This wonderful place should have TEN STARS!!! It’s a fabulous rustic hotel located just off the freeway and just a few miles away from the downtown area of Bozeman! Here you can enjoy peace and quiet! The rooms are HUGE and are more like an apartment, so you have TONS of room to spread out and relax!! We LOVED IT!! The pool area was HUGE and offers lots of room for entertainment. We loved the breakfast in the morning with a great variety of food to choose from and the Dining area is so cozy, rustic and beautiful, and in harmony with the “Western Mountain” feeling of the Bozeman area. It’s not huge like the chain hotels, so there isn’t lots of noise to be a disturbance here. They have fewer rooms, so they are able to offer these LARGE rooms like a small apartment! It is extremely clean, and the rustic feel in the lobby was so warm and welcoming! I can’t say enough about the staff, as they were all SO warm, caring, friendly and helpful with everything! And, Saj, the Manager is so friendly and works hard to ensure that his guests have a FABULOUS experience while there, with all their needs well taken care of. His guests mean EVERYTHING to him! This warm, wonderful, and rustic hotel has absolutely EVERYTHING to make your stay in Bozeman a fabulous experience! Forget the chain hotels! Book your stay here instead! You’ll be SO glad you did! You will LOVE IT just like we did! We will DEFINITELY be back!…
Very clean, nice pool, excellent staff. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of this place. It’s a great value, we spent some time on a week night. It was not busy at all. We headed down to Yellowstone the next day, it was not a bad drive.
Personable & efficient front desk person. Everything was very clean. Nice room with small refrigerator; however, we couldn’t find instructions or a switch to turn on the fireplace 😢). Very welcoming lobby. Good coffee 24/7. Nice mini breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. Easy frontage road & expressway on/off.
DON’T STAY HERE—> This hotel is so poorly managed… After booking a hotel for 4 nights through Expedia, the two clueless people at the front desk mixed up our rooms, resulting in our family getting locked out of our hotel room twice. In addition to this, we ended up being charged multiple times for things other than our 4 night stay. Needless to say, it was extremely frustrating trying to dispute the charges with the hotel management, and we ultimately had to go through the credit card company to solve this. Every time we argued about being double-charged, the hotel made different excuses, going from the “it’s only incidentals” line to the “it’s for a no-show fee” (we arrived perfectly on time for our stay). I will DEFINITELY not be staying here again.
Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Quiet. Great view of the mountains. Good hot and cold breakfast selections. Nice pool. Easy interstate access. A short distance from shopping and restaurants. Nice town to visit.
