My family and i stayed here this weekend ans were very dissapointed in the guests that werethere for all the church revivals.they were rude, didnt ckean yp after themselves and no control what so ever of it seemed like 30 kids, they wete everwhere into everything .complete our of control, and the niki the casino bartender was cleaning up after them the whole time and doing her job in the casino. The staff was great and specially in the casino niki made our stay much better and less stressful of all the comotion going on through out the hotel ..overall we definitely will he back ,as long as niki is still there ..l

Clean rooms, great beds. Hot Water (you stay in 1 place without it & it becomes a priority). Right next to a great restaurant (Rib & Chop House). Small well stocked bar and casino (not disruptive to your and your children's enjoyment). Love the huge shower with a fold down bench if needed. Wendy in the Bar was awesome. Will definitely stay again. I sleep with a CPAP and a fan...A/C noise was soft and a moot point.

If I could give this place .5 stars I would. This hotel is supposed to be new and as soon as you walk in you would think otherwise. I checked in, walked to my room and walked in and I instantly got Pi$$ed off. Dreadful is the best word I could use to describe my room. The restroom smelled of urine, all the furniture looked used and worn out. The tv was from 2000. My AC was broken and visibly damaged. The beds looked worn and sunken in the middle. The was half of a dead roach stuck in the wall, little random holes in the walls. There was half of a dead roach was stuck in the wall. Everything about the hotel screamed Motel. The Motel 6 is probably a better place to stay. When I went to the front desk to tell them I'm checking out, after only being there for 15min, the guy at the desk didn't even bother to ask me what's wrong. He just looked at me, and told me "the room won't be charged, have a good day" not a concern in the world. Almost like he knew that this place is a dump and other's have probably walked out and he was use to this. Horrible Hotel, stay somewhere else.

Chris on night shift was amazing! Wendy the bartender was amazing! They made my 26th birthday a blast and we couldn't have been more grateful 😁. Great staff and resort, even though The Reef was under maintenance haha.
