No heat. TV didn't work. It was under 30 degrees outside. Never fixed heat work no ocher to move rooms. Was given a whopping $10 discount. Also the website said there was a airport shuttle. NOT SO. Do not bother.
If I could give this establishment less than a 1, I would. The room was dingy, the smell of air freshener was very strong. They advertise free wi-fi, the room we were in never did have wi-fi available. The breakfast which started at 6 a.m. was gone. The grounds were dirty with cigarette butts all over the place. The only thing this motel has going for it is the close proximity to the Billings Clinic.
When we were walking to our room from Jake's we noticed Pearl, the front desk attendant, was selling drugs. She was working the midnight shift, so we decided to check on her. She was nodding out and acted Luke she was using herion. Other than that, the place was clean and affordable.
This hotel is in a great location, they give a medical discount. The are very clean rooms. The rooms make you feel more at home than a hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful with tips to make stay more easy.
Stay here whenever I am in Billings. Basic clean rooms. Breakfast. Fresh popcorn and coffee all evening. Great, helpful people work here. Informal. If you are in Billings because someone is in or is having tests/procedures at hospital or clinic, they are totally supportive of patients' and their family members. Also of situations where situations and length of stay change
As a Wyndham Diamond Member i always have had fabulous custumer service and a noteworthy experience with hotels But this cute and very rustic and charming hotel made me smile The lady at the front desk when i walked in had a beautiful puppy and it made me feel calmer and less frazzled and she herself was so patient and understanding and very professional i overthanked her and the room was wonderfully clean and comfy the beat part was the delicious coffee amd popcorn the was served !! And i enjoyed my sleep well on a queen bed with the softest pillows ever U MUST STAY HERE! I recommend it with a five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spent the night here since my surgery, at Billings Hospital, was postponed. There was a small fridge & no microwave. Things that make you go "hmmm." Room was a decent size. Queen size bed wasn't to unbearable. But it was hard to get comfortable & I did wake up with a stiff neck & back. Bathroom came equipped with plethora of towels & the shower/tub was the most positive part of the stay, thanks to a massaging shower head that was delightful! There was plenty of parking, but NONE of the entry doors locked, making it easy for ANYONE to have access to the rooms! Talk about sleeping with "one eye open." Price was reasonable for the condition of the room & Inn. Not sure I would stay there again. No pictures taken, due to being worn out from the stress of the wait for surgery, only to have it postponed.…
Yes if you have appointments with the Billings clinc by all means, stay here! It was nice, quiet and clean. the staff is very knowledgable about the clinic and it's RIGHT across the street from you. Very handy, ample parking. I loved this place. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. AND they had........(Drum roll) DONUTS!! Getting to be a hard thing to find nowdays in a motel!! :)
Very old. Room was large but needs update. Beds awful, could not sleep all night.we had a semi suite, really not supplied - silverware sad, no knives to cut meat. Back entrance had leaves on floor for 14days that we were there.could not get Wi-Fi u ?was we walked to the lobby. Three times everyday we had to go to the lobby to have our key cards rekeyed. What a pain! The systems really need Improvement!!! Some of the staff were friendly. Great location for Billings Clinic Hospital across the street.
When our reservation at a nearby hotel fell through at 11:00 at night, we were very grateful to Cherry Tree for providing us a room. The room itself was simple, not all that large, but just what we needed. They provide a continental breakfast but mentioned the cafeteria at the clinic across the street. We opted for the clinic and had a nice breakfast at very little cost.
