Room and facility were clean and welcoming, as were Terry and Bella. Terry had amazing knowledge of the area, having been born in Billings. He shared ideas about travelling to Little Bighorn, National Battlefield; the Irrigation Museum/Huntley Project; and shared about the oil industry in Montana. How he started there as a young man and worked up the ranks. If I get back to Billings, I would stay there again.

We stayed for 1 night on our way home from our Yellowstone trip. It is conveniently located near the airport and many restaurants. It is not far (10 minute drive) from downtown Billings. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood that is quite new with many mini-parks (one just across from the house) and walkable sidewalks. I wasn't expecting a new house, and it is designed perfectly with very spacious rooms. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, and the bath is large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is light filled and absolutely charming. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We were seated with plenty of space between us and the other guests. We only met Terry, but he was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Billings.

My husband and I stayed here three nights in August and it was wonderful. The hosts Jan and Terry made us feel very welcome and were helpful with directions and things to do in Billings. The inn is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and modern. We enjoyed our weeked stay so much that we booked again for the following weekend on our way back through Billings. Breakfast was delicious too with a variety of food each morning.

This was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hope even when this sells it stays a nice b&b... My only complaint was the dust and some noise. I know dust is one of those things that seems to be everywhere, and can sneak up on you. The noise was from the other bathroom tub.. I know what do you expect when they are like bedrooms in a home... Once again would stay again, quiet neighborhood and very cute. Close walk to river.

Terry and Jan welcomed us as we arrived and introduced us to their Bed and a Breakfast. Provision of refrigerator space and use of the washer and dryer was a welcome surprise. Our room was very comfortable (great bed and bathroom) and a nice private patio. Breakfast was delicious and served with social distancing taken into account.
