Tubs & Sinks were disgusting. Front desk was less than helpful. Had 3 rooms for 28 days and had to fight tooth and nail to get refunded for the 27 nights for 3 rooms. Pop a tent and that would be a better scenerio.
I’ve stayed at Motel 6 locations in the past and have found them serviceable. This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever walked into. Dog feces, cigarette butts, stains on a made-up bed...the pictures do not do it justice. While my husband was trying to deal with the front office, I spoke with a police officer who was circling the parking lot. He said that the owners pay the police to monitor the place all night. I think the owners of this motel should be required to live here. Maybe something would change....or burn it down and sow the ground with salt.
Adequate place in motel row at edge of Billings. Typical Motel 6. Parking lot and room could have been cleaner, but, again, adequate. Reviewers seem to prefer North location, which looks the same outside. This one was a couple dollars cheaper, and for some reason might attract more, I don't know, working class?, crowd, but that fits me. Bikers coming from Sturgis were hanging in the parking, which might bother some guests, but everyone was a big friendly community, I liked it.
I’m going to start off by saying, I’m aware I did not pay hundreds of dollars to stay here nor did I have very high expectations in the first place- I budget travel all over the world. Although I was not expecting much, I was at least expecting to be able to shower and sleep. The woman at the front was super sweet and even gave me a discount, but immediately after entering the room it was obvious why. It was apparent that a dog had stayed in the room prior to me being there. This was from the overwhelming stench and the dog hair in the sheets which had clearly not been washed. These are COVID times and they aren’t even washing sheets? The only source I had to try to cover up the smell was bug spray. Classic scent bug spray. Which ended up being very helpful for my room as well because I was able to see more bug species in this room than a college entomology class. Spiders, mosquitoes, gnats, some sort of mite, and my favorite-the fleas. After you get out of your cigarette hole burned sheets to take a shower from itching, you are able to hop into the shower where the maximum water pressure is that of a dripping hose while you stare at unidentifiable substances on the walls around you. Environment of the room based on factors outside of the motel’s control include: the live-action divorce above you that goes on until 2 am and the 7:30 wake up call from a stranger looking for the wrong room. Last but not least, for all the fellow lady travelers out there, you don’t get to miss out the cat-calling of the inner city because the maintenance employees will still do this for you AND they’ll even chase you to your room too! The front desk employees are very sweet and either deserve a raise or employment somewhere else for their patience. The picture doesn’t do this place justice, but I tried to get the key points.…
I think we were the only people there that would have passed a drug test. It was hard to sleep worrying if someone would try to break into my vehicle. The Wi-Fi password wouldn’t work and no one would answer the phone at the front desk. Sometimes saving a few bucks isn’t worth it.
