We needed a place for a big family get together close to Yellowstone NP. This was the perfect place. There is plenty to do right in Big Sky and only a beautiful hour drive along the Gallatin River to West Yellowstone. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The two huge upper floor master bedrooms... More

15 of our family stayed in Red Cloud 1c cabin in Powder Ridge for a week. It was a most enjoyable time. The roomy VRBO cabin served our family well. It was clean, roomy and very comfortable! The staff of Big Sky rentals were very helpful and the cabin was furnished with everything to make our time there wonderful. The... More

We just got back from a trip to Big Sky and stayed in Powder Ridge 1, which they call the Majestic Moose. This was our 2nd stay here, once last winter and now in the summer, and I'm honestly not sure which season is better, this area is just gorgeous year round. The cabin is huge, 5 bedrooms with 3... These cabins are absolutely beautiful! We originally were to stay in cabin 10 (owner Joyce) but due to remodeling it wasn't available so she arranged for our family to stay in cabin 14. Wow! 3 Master BR's w/baths, 2 queen rooms, loft, play room plus a wrap around deck with an amazing view of the mountains!! Breathtaking... No regrets here.... More

We paid extra for these cabins because we wanted 4 bedrooms. We were placed in Rosebud #2. They are advertised as luxurious and convenient ski access via bridges and ski trails. This cabin was the farthest away from the Mountain Village Center and not walkable, especially at night. If you don't have a car, you are dependent on shuttle service... More

We took our family of 8 (from 5 years old and including grandma, who is 70-ish).The only way we stay any more is by vacation rentals, and this was probably my vacation rental EVER. It was completely picture perfect - even more homey and cabin-esque than the pictures. The cabin was well-appointed, well stocked in the kitchen, and even had... More

We stayed in two of the Powder Ridge Oglalla cabins with our extended family. Both cabins were wonderful (12 & 13) & felt luxurious. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. There was plenty of room to spread out for all the kids, adults & seniors. The location is absolutely beautiful & feels very private (though it is a subdivision).... More

We loved the Powder Ridge cabin we stayed in. 9b I believe. We had 6 adults and 4 kids that fit just right. It was a little crammed in the main floor due to too many chairs but we rearranged and made it more spacious. We loved the hot tub on the back patio! We would probably stay in this... More

This is a bit extreme, but I think Powder Ridge 30 is the best hotel/home/rental that I have ever visited in my life. It is within 30 feet of the slopes with ski-in, ski-out. They have a large hot tub that works great with very hot water when you want it. They have 5 real large bedrooms with large TVs... More

Our family of 6 stayed in Powder Ridge Cabin 118 and had a fantastic time. We found the space to be perfect for us with a living room and a family room in the lower level. Having 3 full washrooms was a bonus and the kitchen/dining area was perfect. We loved that it was a true ski-in/out property. We could... More
