This small property makes a visit much like coming to a home away from home. Our room had a king bed, full mini-kitchen, coffee maker, mini-fridge, spacious desk and adjoining counter (where one could easily have meals) and a nice bathroom. It was clean, you control your own heating/cooling and each room has an exterior entrance. In addition, for a...

I stayed in this motel on Jan. 17-19. The non-smoking, odor-free room I got was located by end of building - VERY warm and spacious, king size bed, well vaccumed carpet, fluffy pillows and towels, parking right in front of the room. The lighting in a bathroom was reasonable. The front desk ladies were very courteous. I would recommend this...

Stayed at another motel in the area a couple of times and we didn't like the prices nor the staff (not very helpful just a basic hi - here ya go attitude). Looked on line for a good place to stay and this place had high markings - so we called - they was $30 bucks cheaper than the other...

I stayed at this motel on a recent trip from Oregon to Michigan. The motel was clean but looked like something out of the 1940's; it was kind of rundown looking from the outside. The room was clean and functional but the price for the room was over $80. I should have stayed down the road at the Sagebrush Inn...

Have stayed here a number of times. Mom and Pop business and kept clean. Beds are excellent. They do little things that are nice - coffee machine with coffee- yes. Bag of microwave popcorn in room - yes. Kitchenette rooms are in super condition. They give you shampoo, soaps, colored towels that are soft - not sandpaper. Pillows are soft...

Stayed here in late Dec. 2014. It's a basic motel. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. If you're looking for fancy or new, keep on looking. The rooms are "meat and potatoes," but you could do a hell of a lot worse. This would be my 2nd choice in Baker behind the Red River.

Was out in Baker on a business trip. Looked at motels and this one was highly rated so I stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though this place looks like a old school roadside motel the rooms are large and very clean and totally modern. They even have Wolfgang Puck for the in room coffee maker! The only...

We go to Baker each fall to hunt and visit friends, and this motel has become a home place I look forward to visiting. The staff is friendly, cordial and helpful in every way they can be, and will go the extra mile to assist. I will tell you that if you are disturbed by trains you may not like...

We were lucky to get a room in this motel because the county fair was in town. The other motels we checked in this location did not have very good ratings on Trip Advisor. The ladies at this motel washed, folded and delivered a load of our clothes for a super reasonable fee! The bed and pillows were comfortable and...

In town to stay with someone in the hospital for a week. Exterior pretty bad looking so very surprised the room was clean & spacious. Nothing fancy but perfectly fine for our purposes. Wireless available.
