Owner Mary Jo Heidrick's B&B is a beautiful Victorian style home that has been in her family for several generations. The home is beautifully furnished with lovely period antiques (passed down through the family) as well as having today's modern conveniences we all come to expect (separate bathrooms for visitors, tv w/cable, wi-fi, etc.). We stayed two nights and thoroughly...

I went to the Murphy House with a group of five friends. We all had the best experience there. The house is beautiful outside and inside. The amount of detail in the decor is amazing, especially since almost all the furniture, pictures and decorative items are original to the home. I also noticed how clean the whole house was. The...

Had a wonderful Applefest weekend! The owner/hostess went out of her way to make us feel at home. There was visible dust on silk flowers pictures etc...but I guess that reminded me of home also! Lol. Would definately go back.

Such a beautiful home! We enjoyed a relaxing time in a very clean and lovely setting...the "Blue Room". We were very full all day after a very yummy breakfast! What a relaxing time...just what we needed. Mary Jo and her sweet dogs were delightful as well. We will definitely return soon!

We stayed here for our anniversary and were very pleased. The owner grew up in this home and is very proud of its history. The home is in pristine condition with gorgeous woodwork and filled with beautiful antiques. When we arrived she sat and visited with us over a glass of wine and cheese dip. She shared the towns history...

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The house was warm and charming. The hostess, Mary Jo, was both inviting and professional. The breakfast was bountiful. We will look forward to staying here again. Sean Reilly

The era furniture and furnishings are interesting and beautiful. She has thought of everything, from wine and cheese to wonderful company. We enjoyed breakfast with another couple and we were all in...

My girlfriend and I stayed for a night and loved every bit of it. The house was in terrific shape and Mary Jo was a fantastic hostess and a great cook too! Her two dogs may bark a little but the little noise they made was no distraction or annoyance to us. I'd recommend staying here if you plan on...

While my husband and I have visited The Murphy House twice thus far, this time was for a girls mini weekend getaway. We had such a blast! As always, Mary Jo was a wonderful hostess and the other gals, who had not been there, thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the house, the history and getting to know Mary Jo. The...

We have been going to Weston and staying for many years and until this weekend had always stayed at one of two B&Bs. They were both nice so we were disappointed when neither was available for this trip, Fortunately, we were able to get rooms at the Murphy House which were not familiar with. Wow, how lucky for us because...
