My bf and I wanted to do a quick getaway and fish. Looked up places thought this place looked nice so we called the office Sunday late afternoon and made a reservation. Gave all of our info to hold even cc was give as we had a two hour drive. We get there about 6:30 to check in no reservation. Didn’t remember talking to us until bf said $ about pet charges etc. She said she only had one room upstairs, but then found one and stuck us on lower level since we had a dog. He let her know again it was for two nights. Monday afternoon we come back to our room and cannot get in. Go to the office thinking key just stopped and they had checked us out as she only had put in for one night. Second mess up. She then says our room we was in had been reserved and we’d have to move rooms. Middle of the day we had to pack up and move. She says oh I’m sorry idk what happened. It’s been a long day.. So I think maybe it’s for the best and the bed will be better in the second room, it was really hard and a miserable sleep first night. Night comes and we find out fast it’s a horrible location right at the bottom of the stairs for second level. It was very noisy. Another night of not sleeping. We go to check out this morning at 10 and I walk passed our old room, 5 down; and it was never cleaned and was just like we left it! So not only did they mess us our reservation, then messed up needing two nights, she made us move rooms for clearly no reason! The fact it hadn’t even been cleaned as of this morning tells me it wasn’t reserved. Snot like someone just didn’t show. Light on just like we left, bed, everything. It wouldn’t be a bad place to stay if they had someone running the place that can keep things lined out. Needs better management and little better beds, linens. If this would have been a busy time of year who knows if we would have had a room at all. Very unhappy with the stay all together including what we paid for all the hassle. I’ve worked in hotels as management and definitely would have made it right for my customer so they’d want to come back.

This is a surprising little gem in Warsaw. My advice; Don't judge a book by its cover, the outside may not be glamorous but the inside is fully remodeled and impeccably clean. The walls are painted in designer colors and the finishes are all new or completely freshened. The bed gave us a good night's sleep and they also had the world's best pillows. The front desk man was very friendly and genuinely interested in making guests happy. Now obviously this isn't a 5 star hotel in a large city but it's as good as it gets in Warsaw and the surrounding area. It's a good price and the location is as good as it gets for Warsaw, you are right near a Sonic Restaurant and a block from a convenience store. Half a mile down the road is a Wal-Mart. The cons would be the somewhat plain exterior and the TV had poor reception at times.

it was not a nice motel, but the only one around. very modest. it worked to the night, but i probably would not stay there again. it wasn't dirty or anything, just lacked any appeal. and, no, it was not quiet.

We have just spent few days at this lovely hotel, which recommended by a local family member. Had relaxing stay in great surroundings, Room was freshly painted & carpeted, really comfortable king size bed. pool water was bit cold. Manager Aman very welcoming, friendly and offered additional discount without ask. Definitely recommend to all.

We out on a motorcycle ride and stopped here for the night. Was a handy location. Close to most everything. The sign outside said newly renovated. It had new carpet and looked to have rearranged the furniture. The king size bed room had plenty of room for our motorcycle gear. There were outlets on each side of the bed for charging. The shower had good water pressure. The sink was outside of the bathroom, so more than one person could get ready. The bed was comfortable. TV stations were limited but we were only there for short time so didn't bother us.
