I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 12 years. Unfortunately I have also watched it go steadily downhill with each successive visit. The lobby has a heavy garlicky smell from whatever the owners are cooking. The desk clerk could neither understand nor speak English. The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke. The second one had a moldy shower curtain and a bathtub that didn't properly drain. This hotel needs a serious renovation and new management/owners. Until that happens I won't be back.

was run down, some not so up and up people there. at check in wanted to make sure we knew the rule about smoking and it would be a $250 fine. 2nd floor reeked of marijuana. lobby smelled terrible. Toilet didn't flush well. rooms didn;t have air on when we got there so room took forever to cool down.

The floors/mirrors/surfaces were filthy and the smell was incredibly strong cleaner smell to mask the smell of smoke, even though my room was no smoking. I’ve addressed this with staff and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I felt as if my request was inconveniencing them.

0nly good thing I can say is the bed wss confortable and our dog was welcome. Bathroom wall above shower head was patched and not finished. Coffee filter was left in maker. Only one cup in room for 2 people. At breakfast was told coffe maker was not working at so called free breakfast. We went to Starbucks wich was close to hotel. Wont be staying at any Super 8's only as a last resort. Price was good but you at least expect a put together room. Lobby smelled and wasn't to clean looking.

We take the value on your report regarding the condition of your room, bathroom, coffee maker, and these maintenance mishaps. I would not recommend staying here even if it were free. Property was unkept, hotel smelled of smoke, room was dirty, side door did not even lock. They do allow pets with an additional charge of $20 per pet.

Absolutely horrible experience! Do not recommend!!!! The FIRST room was filthy! There was vomit in the bathroom, a horrific odor and the bedding was absolutely NOT FRESH!! We did switch rooms, not much better.

Will NOT stay at this hotel again! Bugs in the room and a big crack/hole in the bathtub. Staff was not helpful to resolve any of the issues and did not offer a refund. It was also very dark in the rooms and hallways. Probably bad lighting so you can't see the dirt & bugs.

Please note….. I have read the responses on this site from the property…..do not fall for the rhetoric. They have changed nothing after making the promise of change. They are dishonest and their property needs to be inspected by the health department. It is absolutely disgusting. The parking lot is littered and garbage was only changed outside the entrance door once during the week. The odor walking in is nasty, only to be met with a face full of curry when you enter. The staff that checked us in was somewhat polite.....and that is where the positive stops. After check in they were rude and very Unaccommodating. Our room was advertised to accommodate 5 people....but only 2 towels are given per room. When we (a party of 3) asked for extra towels, staff argued with us saying that they only give 2 per room. We ended up BUYING towels so that we could shower after being told they would bring us clean towels after they washed the ones we gave them…….they didn’t have any towels to provide enough to allow the 3 of us to shower each day. And the room.... The cable TV doesn't work in our room. At all.... So no entertainment. The top blanket cover was filthy so we pulled it off and moved to a corner away from us. Windows are dirty and do not appear to have been cleaned or dusted. The sheer curtains had holes and shreds in them. Hairs were stuck in the sheer fabric....appears to be from the genital region but could be from a chest I suppose.... I didn't get close enough to analyze. Pull out sofa had springs popping up so badly they left bruises on our daughter's hips... she slept on it as a sofa after the first painful night..... it is a loveseat sized sofa and she is taller than the sofa is long. The bed wasn't much better, hard as a rock and since they use so much bleach on the sheets, the sheets cause those with sensitive skin to itch. The tub has pink stains and scum rings and is extreme need of a good scrubbing. The sheets and pillowcases are over bleached in scent but still appear dingy. The room was never cleaned by housekeeping. They stopped by to ask for dirty towels (appear to be terrified that someone might steal them). We sat the bags of trash outside our room door to be picked up…..or handed it directly to them. The toilet was turning brown by the end of our stay due to not being cleaned. The pool..... we visited in the summertime and is is super hot outside. But you can't get in the pool because it is filthy. When we checked in it was yellow water.... And 2 days later the water was turning yellow-brown. You can't see the bottom and there is a sludgy slime on the step where you enter the pool. Never cleaned or serviced during our visit.....disgusting. Appeared to have urine stains on wall next to the toilet. We had to provide our own garbage bags and physically had them the garbage, as they wouldn’t clean the room. Staff walks around wearing masks (I understand that there are areas still dealing with Covid) however they do not clean anything so what is the purpose of the masks? Five minutes later, they are not wearing masks. They do offer veteran parking near the door.... However the disgusting and filthy accommodations they provide are a slap in the face to veterans. And I haven't even mentioned the homeless encampment in the trees behind the hotel next to the pool area. They bathe in the pool!!!!! We only finished our stay because we prepaid through another booking site and couldnt get refunded. We still checked out a day early with no refund.…

Stayed here for one eve during a training weekend and wow, what a hole. Unfortunately it was my only option for the eve as something was going on in the city that weekend so hotels were booked. Lobby and halls smell like Curry, the room (103) smelled musty and when the AC would kick on you could grasp a hint of a urine scent … bed sheets were stained (see photo as I happen to have some extra towels and a moving sheet to sleep on) as were the bath towels, bathroom ceiling was wet from humidity, shower was gross, toilet had six shims underneath to keep it level. Need I go on? DO NOT STAY HERE. I would have asked for my money back and went elsewhere but there was nowhere to go…. Sleeping in my car has crossed my mind though.

Pool was absolutely disgusting, it was green and smelled like puck, breakfast was nasty, the waffles were not good at all and the room was smelly and not cleaned very well there was food and crumbs under the chair cushion
