Don't believe the pictures on their website. Totally staged and nowhere any resemblance to what one really gets. Their sign outside is totally misleading and could be labeled as false advertising. The beds should've been replaced 20 years ago and the pillows before then !! Heater/A/C did not work properly and we had to sleep in our clothes. No coffeemaker... More

With a wedding in town we had no options but this hotel. The checkin staff was friendly but the rest of the experience was not good. Old worn out rooms with bare minimum of features. Dicey characters in the other rooms with strange behaviors left us wondering if your vehicles would be there in the AM. We were afraid to... More

I grew up in Sullivan and this was once a nice place long ago! We rented their "suite" Saturday night. They quoted 70 on the phone then charged $90.00 at check in. The room was filthy. The tv did not work in the living area...furniture all stained and old wrappers and trash stuffed under cushions, toilet would hardly flush, tub... More

this is not a good hotel for most travelers nothing works right to many problems to list. If you must save every dollar you can. They you can stay here just to sleep and put up with the many defects price with taxes about 40. Other average hotels about 60 it's up to you if it's worth it.

Find a different place to stay. Stay I you like bug infested rooms, drug traffiking and dirty rooms that are out dated. Stay in a tent it is cheaper and more cleaner than this. I would rather stay at the drunk tank in there loc.al police station will see less drug dealers and drug addicts there.

The other reviews are correct and somewhat nice to the establishment. Wife and I stopped as a last resort and truly wished we had continued further down the road. Holes in the walls, floors moldy and rotted, carpet 30 yrs old cut, patched and worn thread bear. On the plus side internet worked, and we stayed dry during the thunder... More

We checked into a nonsmoking room that smelled of smoke. Half the lights did not have bulbs. The toilet did not flush properly and when asked to fix it they gave us a plunger. They allowed pets but would not come to the room if they were there. They had a pool but it was so overgrown with weeds it... More

First of all, the owner of this inn advertizes a $30 rate and then charges you $36. This is fraud, and the guy needs to be shut down. Secondly, the rooms are HORRIBLE. I asked to see a room and, when I entered, found mold on the wall and a bedside wall-mounted lamp which flipped upsidedown when I touched it... More

Cons: -I pulled the sheets from the bed and the mattress looks ancient. You can feel the springs in some places. -The carpet in the room was pretty ripped up. Is anyone thinking of replacing it? -'Continental' Breakfast consisted of a crappy powdered sugar donut & watery coffee. -They added 20% to the bill for no reason. They quoted $29.95... More

No bedbugs, working A/C, a not uncomfortable bed. What more can you ask for for $29? Our non-smoking room did smell like smoke a bit, and the bathroom was pretty crappy, but clean enough. The tv got lots of channels, though the remote didn't work. The walls were thin, so i could hear pur neighbor's tv most of the night.... More
