Although we only stayed for one night , we found this hotel to be an excellent choice, the room was large, well equipped, very clean and of a high standard and compared to the standard of Novotel and Sofitel in Europe. The breakfast was excellent and of good quality and the breakfast area itself was well maintained and clean.

Walls are a bit thin. Can hear the next room in normal conversation But overall it was good. Clean well appointed room. Great staff at the front desk and at breakfast. Great location. Good price. I'll stay there again.

perfect place to stay, newly remodeled in october ,has everything great beds ,perfect staff, lots of places to eat and easy internet hook up have stayed here 3 times in the past going on vacation and will always stay at Hampton when we travel and they had cookies 24 hours a day and the travel bags are always waiting

Hampton Inn rarely disappoints and this hotel is no exception. Clean, comfortable , quiet and well maintained. Great location makes getting around easy. The staff was friendly and helpful Will stay here again.

We booked the hotel from the HHonors app and checked in on the phone... It was perfect for someone on the road. Staff was cheerful even at 1am. I needed reliable internet and I got it. I also needed a hearty breakfast and I got that along with more pleasant staff interactions.

I would never stay here nor have anyone I know stay at this facility The staff was unfriendly. Hateful. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. Called the police on me. Actually took pics of my kids. And the owner refused to fix anything. I hate this place

The hotel is nice, clean, and I always find a friendly staff. Convenient/close to the mall and other shopping. This is the location we usually choose when staying in Springfield. I love having coffee available any time of the day or night.

Love this place. The staff if friendly and efficient. We really love the breakfast. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and have always had a great experience. So close to shopping and easily accessible to major highways and streets.

I travel to Springfield for business and this Hampton Inn is very clean and friendly. The rooms are updated and very conformable. I used the online App to check in and pick my room which I really liked.

The courtesy and efficiency of the staff is the outstanding element at this hotel. check in was quick as was check out. the ladies in the breakfast room kept the place stocked, organized and clean. I would definitely stay here again
