We also would have liked to have had two queen beds rather than one king. We were disappointed when we realized there was no refrigerator and microwave, this is pretty standard to have in most hotel rooms. When we travel we keep our expenses down by microwaving and we bring things that need a frig. of which we lost some...

This is the hotel I always stay in when I travel to Springfield, MO. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned exceptionally well, as was the entire building. The breakfast area was stocked perfectly, and the person on staff personally asked if I needed anything. Thanks for the great effort!

Was not expecting such a nice hotel with a complimentary breakfast option. I have stayed at similar places before and this location exceeded my expectation. Rooms were clean and updated. Lobby was bright with comfortable high top group seating. Breakfast has really good options. Highly recommend it.

Not a newer motel. Should have been cleaner and bed was too soft and uncomfortable. Location was easy to find. Would prefer to stay at a newer facility. Would consider staying at this location again if it was updated.

Beds were comfortable especially the pillows. Staff was friendsly and accommodating. We were there on a family emergency trip and they were able to help us check in earlier. Very pleased. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to people I know.

This hotel and its rooms are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. TGI Friday's is in the parking lot so it was nice to have a restaurant so close. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

I have been staying here off and on since working for my new company. I attend training and have spent close to 6 weeks here at different times since November 2016. Each stay has been fairly nice. One has to request a refrigerator. The room was average in decorations and furniture. There is no guest laundry, as was indicated online. The staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. The breakfast was good.
