Waited several minutes at the front counter and no one seemed to be there.Younger man& woman (apparently the managers) drove up and carried in bags from shopping. They came inside and roused an older man (apparently their father and apparently asleep or just ignoring me.) He checked me in with a "not very friendly" attitude. Room is badly dated but reasonably... More

We were just staying one night and we didn't think it was too bad until my husband pulled the blanket back and the sheets were wet and smelled of urine. The manager (older man) accused us of spilling something on the bed and was extremely rude! He said he had experience in this business and "knew" people. I'm not really... More

The management and staff desperately need to take classes on customer service, they are clueless to customer satisfaction. After staying 1 night we paid for a 2nd and arranged to switch rooms which they had allowed once the room was clean. Forty five minutes after check out time I asked if the room was ready the manager then says the... More

I stay in hotels 3 nights a week for for business, and travel extensively for leisure, so I would consider myself to know the good from the bad. In 5 years of staying in hotels, I have never been inclined to write a review before this $hi*h*le. First off, I get there and the owner immediately starts arguing the price... More

They don't honor rates, room smelled gross, sheets had nasty juices and oils on them. And cover. Mgr(old man) fought with me and used his key to come in our room unannounced, threatened me and told me bc I used sink no refund. I touched sheets I had to wash hands Go elsewhere!

OK, it was a mistake. The room itself wasn't bad, just dated. Mostly my review is about the gentleman at check in. HOLY COW, this guy was a total zero as far as customer service was concerned!! My wife and I walked in to an empty lobby and after standing there for a few minutes, another guest pointed out the... More

Do Not stay here. Dig deeper in your pocket and stay across the street. The strench as you walk in back door of this Motel smells like rotten food. We were itchy in the room. The bed smelled like you were in a bottle of bleach.

Across the street from Drury's which was booked up and had $100 rooms, The hotel was clean and quiet, nice clean for a cheap room back one block from traffic. Simple breakfast, banana and cereal, juice and coffee. It was better than sleeping in the car. The registration person did not speak English, just able to say $54 credit card.... More

We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep. This place was easy to get to and was very reasonable. It's not the most modern hotel room but it is clean and reasonably priced. We asked for a nonsmoking room and that's what we got. There was no musty or smoke odor in the room. We will stay... More
