I stayed at this location for two weeks on business, and although the staff were super helpful and polite, the housekeeping ruined my stay. Both weeks I had issues, and the last week I had to move my room three times in the middle of the night after a long day at work. Dirty bathrooms, sheets, candy wrappers under mattress, pink mold, and the list could keep going. The GM asked if there was anything that could be done, I asked for points...didn't get them. Hopefully, they resolve the issue with housekeeping to put them back on top.

Check in was fine. Hotel room was bigger than expected The pool is small and it smelled very strong, no hot tub. The breakfast is VERY expensive, there is a kids menu, but it is not published. The bar only serves only until 10:00PM. No parking for top tier

My wife and I stayed at this hotel yesterday. The property is new, and has a first class appearance. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable and firm. They obviously spent a lot of money on this hotel, however, as an engineer several things bugged me. The first was the light switch when we entered room 204---it was backward; down was on, and up was off; the second switch on the entry panel did nothing, and the wall switch beside the bed did nothing. What surprised me was in this upper class very nice hotel, I could hear the people above us walking around. You will have real glass glasses in your room, but our room only had a shower, no tibm which is fine with us, but the glass divider should have been about 6 " longer, or the shower base expanded, because the bathroom floor got wet. If you park in the second row in front of the entrance you have to carry your rolling suitcase across a cirbed divider with grass, but no walkway, a minor part, but something present at all competing hotels. We would stay there again, but the oversights amazed me.

I am probably being too rough on this particular Marriott Courtyard because it is clean and the room is adequate but I have about had it with the Marriott chain and their design retrofit. The Marriott model- removing microwaves from rooms and coffee and tea from the lobby and pushing their very average lobby bistro items at an inflated cost- is pushing me to the Hilton/Hampton/Hilton Garden where all those things are included at no cost for clients at similar Hilton status levels. Since the merger with Starwood, Marriott status has been diluted and means nothing. I have Marriott status and haven't received a room upgrade in over a year. As mentioned by previous reviewers, no water, snack or anything at check-in and no complimentary breakfast. I am not sure what other road warriors are doing but I plan to cash in my Marriott points and preference the Hilton chain where I at least get something tangible for my loyalty. As a final critique- Marriott please stop assigning me to a handicapped room because you have an oversupply available and trying to sell it to me as a "Larger" room.

The people at the front seat are very pleasant. Good workers. It’s the room that was the issue. I do t think it’s cleaned very well. I could see food or other small materials on the carpet. As a platinum member, you get no benefits. Both Hyatt and Hilton give water bottles (yes, plural) and breakfast. These are perks. Marriott gives you nothing except the choice of $10 or 500 points. The other chains give the water and breakfast. I’m going back to the other chains. They are much more consistent. To much variation with Marriott.
