We have stayed at this property several times over the past few years and have always been super impressed. However, this stay changed all that and we will never recommend or stay at this property again. Highlights: -Had 2 spa appointments set well in advance, had to cancel one, but the person cancelled both. I showed up for my Saturday 2pm facial and there was no record of me on the schedule, even though I had the confirmation number -Raw food served twice at restaurant: hamburger & chicken - both raw -Aggressive & rude security guard at valet: We were still outside and he aggressively spoke to us about having a mask. I had mine in my hand, husband was reaching into his pocket to get his at the time...again we were outside -Poor quality products; toilet paper and facial tissue in room -Room service lost our order, until I called back 45 mins later -Very expensive: Four Seasons is a very expensive brand, so when you stay you expect a certain level of service that you are not going to get at a Marriott. Our service at this Four Seasons was the worst we've ever experienced

The hotel was very modern, clean, and quiet, I felt very comfortable and cared for. I will most certainly return and I highly recommend the hotel to others. My only issue was that my mini fridge was locked on my second stay, and the staff could not fix it while I was there.

We're currently staying here for the weekend, two rooms for two nights mind you. They are not allowing guests to use the steam room, locker room, etc. UNLESS you book a spa treatment. Which, good luck trying to actually get something scheduled, even if you wanted to pay extra for things that are always, and should be, included considering how much one pays to stay. We normally enjoy four seasons' properties to relax but not this one. They are terribly short sighted. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis. It's a better experience and located in a nice neighborhood, unlike the sketchy area of the four seasons. They've made the choice easy for a luxury stay in St Louis next time and it's not here.

Booked a one night here while in St. Louis. This was an oddly disappointing stay. All the staff I interacted with felt like they had been trained for to Four Seasons level; front desk check in; room service, check out and even valet. So that's not the issue. Beds and linens are good; so are towels; there's a relative dearth of outlets and wifi is a touch slow--and room service food was downright tasty--both at dinner and for breakfast. The issues was: this is the noisiest Four Seasons I've ever stayed in. Lots of hallway noise from guests; until late (they can't control that--but it speaks to be a shared space with a casino)---and it faces right onto Interstate 44. Could hear all the trucks compression braking; the Harleys going by; sirens and beeping. Wow. Also, overlooks a outdoor pool and party area for --either this hotel or the adjacent/shared casino hotel--and that went late too. Asked for a sound machine; front desk said they'd send one up; didn't show up; had to remind them. I forgive the service glitch--it's a pandemic-- And even when booked through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts, this ran $700+. I think if you were up for gambling, eating good food, going to bed at 3 am, eating a good breakfast, then rinse and repeat--that might be good. But for business (not enough outlets for all the devices of a road warrior) and for just plain sleep (road noise seeping through windows; patio pool and bar party)--hmmm. Tough to see the value proposition.
