I have nothing but great things to say about our 4 night stay while attending Cardinal games. Location doesn't get any better. Numerous restaurants in the area were an easy walk and the restaurants in the hotel were very good. First night when we arrived went to 360 restaurant on the rooftop of the larger of the two towers and...

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The one issue was a toilet with constantly running water. After an attempt at fixing it by hotel maintenance, the problem grew worse. Running water and a loud whistling sound was never fixed during my four day stay. That was the only issue (although a big issue). I would stay at the Hilton at...

Never again! Noisy HVAC in room, noisy music until 1AM, noisy traffic until 3AM, scratchy toilet paper (generic? same as ballpark), shoulder busting TP dispenser location, chips in bathtub, squeeky door hinges, slow elevators, etc. OTOH pretty good breakfast buffet, good bed and bedding, friendly (although not very helpful) staff and, of course, great location for attending Cardinals ball games....

I was here last year for the same conference. Hotel is less crazy than it was last year but my room is considerably worse. I'm on the 21st floor which is fine - quieter than last year. The elevators have been terribly slow - I was trying to get off of my floor for 10 min earlier today. The hot...

We take in a Cardinals game once a year and like to stay at the Hilton at the Ballpark because it's very convenient. Yeah, the elevators are slow and the bathrooms are small but the customer service is always amazing and you cannot beat the view. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us free drinks and breakfast....

I recently was on business and the hotel was contracted for the group to stay. I stayed for two nights, June 17th and 18th. The rooms were average nothing spectacular. I had a room in the West Wing. It seemed to have less traffic, however it smelled musky. Another co-worker had a room in the East tower and it did...

Do NOT be tricked by the nice pictures of the lobby online. It may appear nice but there are many problems!!!!! It all starts when you are waiting for the elevator.... we waited 5 minutes. When we first checked in we thought that the wait was because of check in BUT come to find out every time you want to...

I think this is a great hotel. We thought the rooms were small, but nice. Most of the staff seemed midwest friendly. Super close to the arch and really close to the ballpark for walking. I do not think we would stay here again. The Westin by the ballpark is just so much nicer. We went as a family and...

Great location - minutes to Busch Stadium. Worth staying there once. I have been to ncer hotels at less cost. Enjoyed the Imo's pizza in the hotel after the game. For locals, it is a nice greataway though pricey.

My son and I stayed here for a weekday Cards game and couldn't have been happier with our stay. We got a ballpark view room and we could watch Cardinals batting practice from our room. The room was quiet and clean. We took advantage of valet parking and were happy that we did when it was pouring rain the morning...
