An urban inn in a wonderful little neighborhood of St Louis, Benton Park. Stroll or jog around the beautiful 14 acre park right across the street from the Inn. We're a short walk to a dozen great restaurants, and a couple of bars and coffee houses. Check out the Anheuser Busch Brewery and the Clydesdales just up the street. Tours come with free beer. Don't miss Gus's Pretzels, a St Louis tradition. Couple miles from downtown and the historic Soulard Market. We're a short drive to everything St Louis has to offer. I love living here and love sharing it!

If you don't want to stay in a typical cookie cutter hotel and want to stay in a nice old house this is a very good place to stay. The rooms are on the 2nd floor of the inn. The inn faces Benton park and is in a really nice area, close to an antique district and the Lemp Mansion, with plenty of on street parking, so you will never have an issue with parking. Dan is an excellent innkeeper who prepares a really good breakfast and has a very friendly dog too. Again, if you are looking to stay in the city of St. Louis don't hesitate booking a room here.

On the last leg of a longer roadtrip, we were looking for something romantic and cozy and found it in this lovely B&B in a well-maintained historic neighborhood. Walkable park right across the street. Comfortable clean spacious room. Our host was friendly and able to accommodate breakfast and departure needs. Masks and social distancing required.

We stayed at the Benton Park Inn last weekend. It is across the street from a beautiful park with fountains, a bridge and a tennis court. The neighborhood is a wonderful walking area. And, in this Covid travel time, we felt safe. We normally stay in small hotels but this B&B felt much cleaner. We wore masks whenever we were in the house, and breakfast was timed so we did not eat at the same time as another guest. Dan was a spectacular host, with a great heart and skilled chef for breakfast. He made us feel welcome and showed us the kitchen and refrigerator, stocked with water. (There may have been more, but that's all we used.) We will definitely be back on our next trip south. Thanks, Dan!

Our stay with Dan and Gertie was absolutely Wonderful, we were welcomed by Dan and Gertie like Family! After unpacking, we were given a tour and history of Dans' home and life, "very talented man"! Beautiful park across street with walking, dog walking with leash, fishing, very safe and enchanting neighborhood! The room was large, clean, quiet, bed was relaxing and comfortable, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower large and plenty of hot water, sundries! Breakfast in the mornings was a delicious assortment of omelet, meat, waffles, and a surprise apple pastry! I have nothing to say but stay, stay, stay, we will again and again! Thank-you Dan and Gertie!

My husband and I stayed here one night while on a road trip from TX to MI. We chose the B&B for its location, small size, and clearly outlined Covid-19 mitigation practices. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed comfortable and the linens soft. The breakfast was delicious and prepared for our dietary needs. The owner was very personable and accommodating. Highly recommend and can only imagine what a nice stay we could have in normal times!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. A number of guests have said they specifically chose a B&B because we get less traffic. Stay small, stay safe. Safety is my first priority but I also enjoy giving folks a comfortable and pleasant rest on their journey.
