Not worth the money no rooms have a view unless you want to see brick walls or parking structure. Parking is across the street, didn't feel safe walking at night. Room was dirty mold in the shower. Paid for premium room, premium not the description I would use. Asked for better room only colloid get for upgrade fee, still dirty room and mold in bathroom. Elevator was gross had dirty floors and walls with Covid you'd think they'd be cleaning daily. Don't think I've written such a bad review, I expected more from a Hilton. Guess we should have stayed at Hyatt instead.

Visiting St Louis with a group of friends. The night of our arrival, the hotel lost power. Power was restored a couple hours later and our rooms had no A/C. The night staff brought us fans and said someone would be up to fix them in the morning. The Morning came and went, no one showed up to look at our A/C. After talking with the front desk we were assured someone would be up to look at our rooms A/Cs. When we returned 9 hours later the units are running but will not cool below 80 degrees (even though they are set on 65). The rooms had dust and dirt on the floor and towels left for us were dirty. Please do not waste your tome or money.

Dear rnfitzwater, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent experience with us. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the unfortunate power outage over the weekend. It was truly unfortunate and we were just happy the utility company was able to get the power back on within 2 hours. The power outage caused the HVAC in our guest rooms to temporarily stop operation and we are truly sorry for this inconvenience. I would be more than happy to address your concerns should you wish to speak with me at a time of your choosing. We look forward to providing a far better experience in the future. Best, Dan M. Full disclaimer, I realize it’s COVID time and things are not normal. However, it was a very subpar performance. I’m a many year Hilton diamond member and live on the road for work, so I’ve seen many properties in my travels. The positives, right downtown - walking distance to many places. The vault was cool. The bed was okay. The not-so-okay: the front clerk was excited to “upgrade” me. As I found out, it was a very dark, small inside room with little sunlight and dim interior lights. Called to ask about it, no answer. I get that with COVID amenities are cut back, but no coffee; cups; water; and when told there would be no food and to check the snack area (for a fee of course) it hadn’t been stocked in quite a while. So, I hit the vending machine on my floor and the soda was warm. I would have brought this up to the front desk/manager, but no one was around during my stay. And insult to injury - my car was vandalized/wipers stolen while in their “secure” parking. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Front desk staff was friendly. Called ahead for early check in and they noted that rooms were ready so they would be happy to give us the early check in. Hotel was pretty empty due to COVID. When checking to make sure the refrigerator was plugged in we noticed a lot of crumbs and a pile of what appeared to be old food behind the dresser. Called down to front desk and they sent someone up right away to clean it up. Noticed the rooms were a bit dated and rugged. The hallways also appeared warn down. Other than the food behind the dresser the room appeared pretty clean. The location was nice, about a five minute walk to the arch. We dined at Ruth Chris which was right across the street
