First night pot smoke filled NY room from room next door as well as loud music. Tonight we couldn't get to our rooms because the keys wouldn't work and when I did, the TV in the room next door is so loud that it's impossible to go to sleep. Nothing they can do is what I'm told. I have to be up at 6 a.m. and can't go to sleep and they don't care.

We went on our monthly get away from home night. We were greeted by Rod as usual made sure we had a room close to the elevators and had everything we needed. We played all afternoon and ate supper at the Beer House. We had a nice meal and Dhan our waiter took very good care of us! Thank you River City.

This casino is clean and fine, and has a lot of new machines. There are plenty of open machines to play and you can find your favorite one easily. There is a good no smoking area. The only thing wrong with it is that it has some older machines, and not any newer machines in that area.

Absolute terrible experience after a wedding. Went to room and it was dirty. Then went to hotel casino as was refused entry as we were laughing in line. Do not waste your time or money there. Go to Ameristar in St Charles instead

Very clean with lots of non smoking gaming available. Amazing food and drinks. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Great place to go let you hair down and just have fun in a safe environment with lots of choices

Friend and I decided to stay here on dec 12.. Had a great stay . Clean room. Marisa at the front desk was very informative and helpful when it came to restaurants nearby and in the building and what the hours are.

The front desk clerk Aaliyah is very helpful and greet you with a smile each and every time she sees you she is a great customer service rep the hotel and casino is very clean great staff the cocktail waitresses need to slow down and ask each customer if they want drinks

We have stayed here twice now. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We checked in with Ashley and she gave us a room away from the elevator. She was very helpful. Rooms have a safe and fridge. Parking easy
