This is a great place to stay. The staff are exceptional, particularly the front desk. They went out of their way to make this trip exceptional! The hotel provide free popcorn and hot snacks every afternoon. The location is conveniently located. In would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch while attending a concert at the Scottrade Center. All the staff, clean accommodations, little extra's were great! The location was even better, with restaurants and the Arch within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families, business travelers and couples.

I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch for one night in September 2014. Unfortunately transport disruption meant that my time in St Louis was severely curtailed. Arriving at 9pm and having to leave the following morning at 7am, the hotel was pretty much all I got to see of St Louis. I was very pleased with the...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights last week while she went to meetings at the Federal Reserve Bank (two blocks away) and I played tourist. It is in a historic building (the International Fur Exchange) right behind the Gateway Arch. The Cardinals' stadium is also two blocks away, along with all kinds of restaurants and other attractions....

We spent two nights at the Drury Plaza (our first time in St. Louis) to attend a Cardinals game and to see other local sights. It was very busy with large groups for both baseball and football games in town that weekend. But, the staff was so friendly and we were impressed with all the extras. Our room was large...

I found the hotel to be beautiful, clean, and with top amenities for the price. Additionally I found the staff to be just as professional and helpful as you would expect to find at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the St. Louis area. It was a real treat.

The hotel itself was nice, but we felt unwanted there before we even arrived. We received several emails from the manager, Cherrie, prior to our arrival wanting names of everyone staying in our rooms and asking if we will be needing both of our rooms due to it being a high demand date. I have stayed at numerous hotels as...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always want to exceed our guests' expectations and very much regret that was not the case with your stay.
