I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Our family of 5 came for a quick weekend getaway and were blown away by this place. The staff at the hotel really shine. Management is always around and go out of there way to help. One morning we came down too late for breakfast but they went and made huge plates of food for our family. Another time the manager heard our daughter mentioned she wanted an apple so they went in the back and got one for her. When we checked in the only room they had left had an interior view so they comped our parking fees. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids and I appreciated that it was not very deep. We walked to the arch which is very close and ate at the attached restaurant which was very good. The room was quiet and spacious. Everything was in good working order and very comfortable. There is a nightly happy hour with free cocktails and a spread of food that is enough for dinner. There is a soda machine and popcorn machine for the kids to enjoy. The lobby is very attractive and has neat statues. We are already planning a return trip!

We were part of a block of rooms that had been reserved for my daughter's wedding, and our overall experience at the Drury was excellent. We provided welcome bags to all of our out of town guests, and the staff was very gracious in how they took care to ensure that our guests received them. All of the Drury employees I encountered were friendly and hard working, and seemed to enjoy interacting with the hotel guests.

What a wonderful stay we had. We were located where we could walk to most sites, but also had parking available. The Arch view was remarkable. The happy hour made us happy, too. We took part in it every night. Be aware, parking is tight, but adequate, in a parking garage underneath the hotel. Hotel service and courtesy was better than normal and I heartily recommend Drury.

This hotel is brilliantly situated although we did have some problems in getting to the hotel due to road closures which our navigation device decided to return to time and time again. The breakfast was buffet style and more than adequate, the rooms were spotlessly clean, coffee is available all day, the evening snack buffet was particularly good together with the included 3 drinks between 5.30pm and 7pm. The only drawback was that our 7th floor room had a road in front and obviously a favourite during the night which disturbed our sleep. Without the noise this deserves 5 stars.

What a great place to stay! The outstanding service was evident right away. David checked us in and took really good care of us. We then took in the evening drinks and buffet. The food was great, but the service was exceptional. I felt like a made new friends because the staff was so friendly. I offer an extra shout out to Liz, who just suddenly appeared to assist with the dishes on our table. She said that she "saw me out of the corner of my eye." She could have done nothing, and I would not have noticed, but she responded quickly. I would say that is superior customer service. Oh...and the room...it was great, also. Comfortable beds, easy parking, beautiful views, and plenty of room was all a part of our experience. The rating scale does not go high enough for me to rate as high as Drury Inn deserves!
