Stayed only 1 night. Got in to town around 5 p.m. and checked in with Alton who was very nice, professional and accommodating. The was a buffet style dinner included that was very good included 3 alcoholic drinks too! Warm parking garage. Next morning we were treated to buffet style breakfast which was also very good. Really nice Hotel right by the Arch. Will definitely be back.

Hotel's Favorite
So this is a solid 3.5 star hotel relative to amenities. It has a very good free breakfast and even has free food at happy hour such as nachos, hot dogs, etc. There are THREE free drinks included per person per night at the happy hour bar. The liquor quality is very good. I stay at a variety of properties and I can say that the service here would be equivalent to staying at a Ritz Carlton (except maybe that no one actually called me by name, which is what they are known for at the Ritz). But its very very clear they go out of their way to address guests every time they see them - from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the servers in the lobby restaurant. I can absolutely see why this hotel chain is consistently ranked very high with guest satisfaction. They clearly put a premium on this and it is nice to see. The cleanliness of the rooms is great. The same is true for the lobby and elevators. No complaints at all. Very clean. If I was coming to St. Louis for a "romantic" couples trip, would I stay here? Honestly, probably not. I would splurge for the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton in Clayton because you are probably in the room more often, looking for a spa, etc. But that isn't a knock against Drury at all...its two totally different clientele/goals. However, for any other type of trip, I absolutely would recommend this hotel. The service is clearly what puts them over the top. They are also very near the ballpark and right next to the Arch, which is great. Its 3.5 star pricing with 5 star service. Well done!

My wife and I had a great three night stay while we toured the city. First, the room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities. The lobby was beautiful, displaying Italian marble and Waterford crystal chandeliers. Parking was extra but worth the convenience, as the bottom floor lot is accessible with the elevators. The hotel is located across the street from the Arch - mere steps! We liked the morning breakfast buffet and evening kickback spread and enjoyed our conversations with the managers as they roamed the tables interacting with the guests. We fondly recall one manager from Tempe, Arizona who onetime worked at the San Antonio Riverwalk Drury.

They are warm, welcoming, and accommodating for different situations. Free breakfast buffet was great, PLUS between 5:30-7pm. They have what they call “kickback “ It is another buffet for dinner and each guest gets 3 drinks as well!! We needed a late checkout due to a funeral, they had no problem letting us stay until it was best for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was on the ninth floor with a partial view of the Arch. You are in the city so keep in mind if it is quiet and solitude you are looking for, this is not the place for you. Even on the ninth floor we could hear the city traffic. That being said, wow is it close to the Gateway Arch. You walk out the hotel, take a right and another right into the park you are there! We paid to park our car at the hotel, $22 a night. We had a 9:10 AM reservation to ride up in the arch and we were back at the hotel by 10:30 to check out before 11:00. It was nice not having to move the car again.I liked the lobby in the hotel. It was very inviting with a full coffee bar available. Breakfast was good! The ladies working the breakfast area were very friendly. We felt like they had a nice selection of breakfast items. We would stay here again if in the area.
