I had to stay in St. Louis for a couple of nights for work and decided to stay in this Embassy Suites based on my previous experience staying at other Embassy Suites locations, and was not disappointed. The staff were all very friendly and professional: the check-in process went smoothly and everyone during the rest of my stay was welcoming. My room was decently sized and comfortable. It's clear that they took COVID precautions seriously: everyone was required to wear masks at all times and maintain physical distancing, and I saw staff sanitizing everything on a regular basis. This hotel is conveniently located right by the Convention Center and many restaurants, and the staff were good at recommending places that could do takeout or delivery. Not all hotel amenities were open due to COVID, so you need to check or ask the hotel before you arrive so you can plan accordingly.

Hotel's Favorite
My Husband and I moved to this hotel after two terrible nights at the Union Station Hotel. It was night and day. The staff were proactive rather than reactive and were super friendly. The room was clean and was a far better location for downtown St Louis. Obviously with COVID there are certain things they have had to adapt. So the two hours every night were they provide free drinks is down in the lobby and is a limited selection of drinks and the breakfast is a pre packed and you collect from the lobby to take back to your room. However, they could just say they can't provide either right now. The fact that they have adapted to try and at least provide something, is fantastic. If I am ever in St Louis again, I will be staying at this hotel.

Valet damaged vehicle and falsified documentation after incident saying damage was already there. Vehicle left unattended in busy street for hours. Horrible service. Don’t trust any staff at hotel. Manager was there when claim was filed and verified they’re was no damage and now is saying it was documented.

Dear W1276BJlisam, I am sorry to hear of the experience you have noted here and would be happy to further discuss. The documentation (claim ticket) that you claim to have been falsified was in your possession after your vehicle was parked so I am confused in regards to your claim but again, happy to discuss. Please contact me at your convenience. Kind regards, Mark Brown (314)678-2915 mark.brown@hilton.com

Always use Hilton, typically calling in from the road on long day . . . Hilton Diamond suggested this hotel. . . Basically reading from the website everything it had in amenities on property. Sounded great only to learn due to COVID nothing was open. No restaurant for breakfast, no :speakeasy “prohibition” bar in the basement etc. So disappointment. Did give us a room upgrade but sad for what we had anticipated.

We stayed in one of the jr suites because it was a really great price!!! 2 queen in the back bedroom with a great view and 1 queen let out couch. It had a dining set, sink, small fridge for for convenience in the front room. During covid. Every thing was cleaned. Read the fine print.. if you want them to enter your room During your stay for cleaning let them know. There was only valet or a parking structure you could use across the street. The staff was extremely friendly and professional!! The city was still not busy during covid, but most attractions are open limited hours. The blues museum was amaxing and at the end of the block. Great location when everything opens back up. Hockey team plays down the street, casino less than a mile, restaurants right in the area. Enjoyed our stay there!
