We stayed at this hotel as required by our team for a tournament taking place across the street. While the convenience was fantastic, I would have gladly walked a couple of blocks to stay at a hotel where they were prepared for the guests visiting. The hotel was booked months in advance, so I have no idea why the management...

My personal grading system for hotels depends on 5 things: Bed, Pillows, shower, towels, service! Although this is an older facility, it has been remodeled and is great shape! All 5 of my criteria were met or exceeded! Great sleeping bed, soft pillows & towels, excellent towels and good shower. The service was great also. I only have two minor...

I was here for a weeklong conference, the block conference rate was really good (not something I had to pay). There's no complimentary breakfast...it's a bit pricey and there are less expensive alternative's (Snarfs!!!) just one block away (fast on foot, and they will deliver). The room was really clean and VERY quiet! The bad? Don't purchase from the small...

I was at the Marriott St. Louis Grand for 3 nights at a conference. One of the better stays I have had at a hotel in a while. From check-in to check-out I did not have any problems. The room was recently renovated and very well done. Wi-Fi has good coverage and speed was surprising good. Fitness centers is better...

Staff very courteous to everyone attending NTA. I had a to wait a little longer on Sunday morning to get a room. In the meanwhile I was comped breakfast and given another voucher to use during my stay. My company has elite status so I had access to the concierge floor where I could take breakfast each morning and drinks...

I stayed at the Marriot for five nights attending a conference. The convention centre is directly across the street which make this the perfect location. The included WIFI was not very good and it always irks me when they want you to pay extra for “better” WIFI. Room rates at conferences are always pricy so those extras always make me...

In town for a Conference, there really isn't a more convenient hotel. What struck me most, however, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the pleasant and welcoming housekeepers milling about the room floors to the bellmen who walked me outside to make sure I found their restaurant recommendation, nearly every employee was delightful. The room was well appointed,...

Being directly across the road from the convention center, you couldn't ask for a better location. The rooms were always well kept and comfortable and the restaurant staff were above and beyond friendly. The entire staff made me feel as though they were ready to serve at a moments notice and were never shy to wish me a good day....

If you're going to a convention at America's center, this is right across the street. It's also walking distance from numerous restaurants. Service is excellent. The front desk was extremely accommodating. Comfortable rooms with modern amenities.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights to attend a work conference at the convention center. They let me check-in early, gave me complimentary internet for being a Marriott Rewards member, and they were very accommodating to all of my weird requests. The location is perfect--Just across the street from the convention center, there's a grocery/liquor store just down...
